Hi, I’m Sam - and I’m just a girl who loves love. In all its beautiful, real, sometimes wonderfully chaotic forms.

I’m a Humanist Wedding Celebrant and registered Legal Marriage Officer, fully authorised by the Fuze Foundation under the Marriage (Scotland) Act 1977 - so your ceremony will be everything you’ve ever dreamed of, and completely official.

Based in North Lanarkshire, I cover Edinburgh, Glasgow and all of Scotland.

What am I known for? Ceremonies that feel completely and unashamedly you. Not a template. Not a script pulled from a drawer. It's 100% your story, told by a storyteller, in a way that makes your best friend cry and your guests laugh out loud - sometimes in the same breath. I don't just write ceremonies, I write stories, creative writing is a strength and I'm known for bringing my couples journey completely to life on their wedding day.

What's it like working with me? East, warm and genuinely fun. I invest fully in every couple I marry. Your story, your journey and your wedding day matter deeply to me - from our very first conversation, right through to the moment I pronounce you married.

I'll get to know you properly, support you every step of the way, and guide you throughall the paperwork you need to make it completely legal. The details really matter to me. I look beyond the timelines and focus on what makes you unashamedly and unequivocally you.

How do I make your wedding special? I've been married recently myself, so I know exactly what it feels like to stand in front of everyone you love and say the truest things you've ever said. I bring that experiece into every cereony I create - and I'll be there with those little golden nuggets of wisdom to help you breathe in every magical moment of your day.
