Angela married us last October and was amazing. We may be biased, but it was our favourite ceremony. So many people commented on how fantastic she was – so funny, personable, and unique.

She took the time to really get to know us and was genuinely excited for our ceremony. She talked us through so many things we hadn’t even considered and suggested lots of lovely ways to make the ceremony feel more special and more us. With our permission, she even kept one of the things she was planning to say about us as a surprise for the day. We agreed because we completely trusted her, and what she said was beautiful, heartfelt, and hilarious all at once.

By fate, Angela was the first celebrant we met, and after that no one else felt like the right fit.

She’s been in the wedding industry for decades and, thanks to her photography experience, she also subtly made sure we were standing in all the right places. She’s so thoughtful and genuinely loves what she does, and that shines through in everything.

A few months before the wedding, we had the crazy idea of doing an intimate handfasting ceremony in one of our favourite places, Glencoe, just a few weeks before the wedding. It was just for the two of us, and Angela happily agreed to join us and lead the ceremony. It was such a lovely day and one we’ll cherish forever. Not many celebrants would climb and hike through the Scottish Highlands in the drizzle for a ceremony that wasn’t even the wedding itself, but that’s who Angela is. She’s such a thoughtful, kind person and just radiates joy!

We met Angela at a wedding fair, from the very first time we met we knew she was the celebrant for us, she was warm, welcoming and most importantly, friendly. This is everything we were looking for. The way she told our story made everyone smile, we had multiple guests comment on this and how great she was. Everyone can read a story off of a piece of paper but not everyone can make it feel like you were there!
