We would like to sincerely thank Trini Gourmet With A Twist for providing the most incredible food at our wedding. From the canapés to the main meal and desserts, everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the quality and variety of the dishes, and many commented that it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was also impeccable. The team was professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly so that we could relax and enjoy our day. We felt so well looked after, and it really showed in how happy and satisfied our guests were.

The Menu was Asian - Caribbean / BBQ .
Saucy BBQ . Fried Fried. Curry platter vegetable options, Stir fried Vegetables, Chow Mein , The Fish (oooh), so many more options to choose from.
The Roti was prepared so well! It tasted like a silky dream in your mouth. The sides were also very tasty.
Everything on my plate was so yummy! As a bride the opportunity to eat hardly presents itself, but I made sure I ate a little of everything!
All the guests commented on the food .
Will definitely use this company again!
