Pretty Petal Cake Co designs bespoke wedding cakes and is based out of Margate, in England's Kent region. Owner Miranda believes that each celebration of love is unique and deserving of a one-of-a-kind cake design. She works with couples to understand all elements of their day and takes design inspiration from dresses, colour schemes, flowers, and decor styling. The result is a cake that ties in perfectly with the venue and acts as a stunning centrepiece. They serve venues throughout Kent.

Pretty Petal Cake Co specialises in elegant cakes with clean, sharp edges alongside exquisite handmade sugar flowers. All cakes are covered with Belgian white chocolate ganache and finished with professional sugar paste. There is a wide range of finishes to choose from, including ruffles, lustre shine, marble effect, stencilling and much more. Miranda prides herself on offering a professional, friendly service from the initial enquiry to delivery, ensuring a stress-free experience. All booked couples receive a complimentary cake-tasting box at their design consultation.

Great Cake!!!!
Miranda is simply a professional. When we initially made communication with her, she welcomed us into her office to show us examples of her work and options that we would be able to choose from. Not only did she do that but she also had a small gift for us to go home and sample, then get back to her with our choices. The final cake was fantastic and very tasty. It was as we requested. See pictures.

Just like we imagined
Miranda was so helpful from the time we booked our first appointment to the wedding day itself. She had lots of brilliant ideas and helped us choose our design. The cake flowers, matching our wedding theme, were amazing and are still in good condition. The range of flavours was broad, however, we went with the vanilla. Very tasty, lots of guests made a point of telling us how tasty the cake was. The cake was just perfect making our day so special. We would not hesitate to recommend her.

Amazing Cakes and Amazing Service
This year I was fortunate enough to marry the woman of my dreams and had the most fantastic wedding. In the run up, speaking to our co-ordinatior, we were initially introduced to a wedding cake maker whose work just didn’t give us the wow factor. This did disappoint us, however, we were then recommended, and introduced to Miranda. After meeting her, and walking away with a selection of samples, we fell in love with her ability (samples were absolutely delicious) and the genuine passion for her work. Our cake was amazing and tasted as beautiful as it looked and received high praise from our guests. I couldn’t recommend Miranda enough and we were extremely fortunate and grateful to have her services.

Amazing Miranda, amazing cake!
Our wedding cake was everything we dreamed of and more! When we first met Miranda it was clear she wanted to make our cake special for us and our day. Throughout the whole process Miranda has been absolutely amazing, the cake tasted brilliant, it looked beautiful and was exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend Pretty Petal Cake co enough!! Perfection in every way!
Our beautiful wedding cake was 6 tiers of perfection! It was a lovely experience with Miranda from the first consultation, tasting all the flavours and designing our cake with her from scratch. Not only did it look incredible with each tier carefully decorated and the beautiful sugar flowers wrapped around it. The cake tasted amazing! When we walked into the room on our wedding day and saw it we were speechless. Thank you for the wonderful experience from start to finish 🤍

Melissa was amazing? We had a consultation with her and she talked us through everything - which was great we had no idea what we wanted! She looked at our reference photos and took inspiration from our details (flowers, wedding dress, etc). Couldn’t recommend more!

Wedding cake
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish with quite possibly the nicest human I have ever met!!! Miranda managed to source the original design before we tweaked it slightly to match our day.
Throughout the whole process Miranda was positive, communicative and as excited as we were to see the end result- an absolute pleasure to deal with, fantastic sample box to choose from and the cake delivered and set up perfectly - cannot recommend enoug!! Currently trying to think of another event to plan to warrant another one 🧡

A very, very talented young women
My web search for a cake company come up with Pretty Petal Cake Company.
How amazing is Miranda. I visited her and we went thru our forth coming wedding day. As we chatted I could see Miranda deep in thought as she came up with her design and ideas for a wedding cake. She also helped me with the table plan by icing the guests names on cookies to be used as placeholders and as wedding favours. The cake was stunning and matched the pattern of my outfit, having sent a photo of this to Miranda.
She hand made everything, matching colours and designs. Not only did it look amazing it tasted amazing too.
Miranda was professional and fun. She took the cake and favours to the venue and instructed the staff for cutting the cake.

Fabulous cake maker
Thank you so much for the most incredible cake, even better than I could have imagined. From start to finish communication was excellent, talking through ideas, finalising every tiny detail with so much love and care. Our family and friends had so many lovely comments to make and the taste matched what it looked like and more. I would highly recommend Miranda to make this part of your special day perfect!
