Pretty Petal Cake Co designs bespoke wedding cakes and is based out of Margate, in England's Kent region. Owner Miranda believes that each celebration of love is unique and deserving of a one-of-a-kind cake design. She works with couples to understand all elements of their day and takes design inspiration from dresses, colour schemes, flowers, and decor styling. The result is a cake that ties in perfectly with the venue and acts as a stunning centrepiece. They serve venues throughout Kent.

Pretty Petal Cake Co specialises in elegant cakes with clean, sharp edges alongside exquisite handmade sugar flowers. All cakes are covered with Belgian white chocolate ganache and finished with professional sugar paste. There is a wide range of finishes to choose from, including ruffles, lustre shine, marble effect, stencilling and much more. Miranda prides herself on offering a professional, friendly service from the initial enquiry to delivery, ensuring a stress-free experience. All booked couples receive a complimentary cake-tasting box at their design consultation.

Amazing!!!
Miranda was amazing from start to finish. Really inspirational if you are clueless like me. An incredibly talented woman with a beautiful soul. Cake was an eye catching feature, all completely edible! Flowers to match the bouquets, nothing seemed too much of an ask. Truly grateful I was able to book my cake with you and wouldn’t change a single encounter.

Highly recommend
Miranda was a dream from start to finish. At the consultation, she made sure that any ideas we had were incorporated in the best way, making it personal to us, and even the final sketch looked amazing. She was great at getting back to me if I had any queries. The cake samples were an absolute delight, and it was difficult for us to choose just three flavours! On the wedding day, the cake exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and we had so many compliments about it, from the design and execution to the taste. I would recommend Miranda to anyone in need of a cake for any occasion. Her passion is clear, and her sugar flowers are absolutely insane. Such a talent! We wouldn’t hesitate to order more cakes from her in the future. Thank you so much ❤️

The best!!!
Miranda is incredible at what she does. During our consultation, she really took time to understand what we wanted and to find out as much as possible about our day, even down to the font on our invites so that she could match the topper. We then got a sketch of the design to approve. On the day, the cake looked AMAZING, and exactly as we hoped. Not only that, but it tasted incredible. To top it all off, Miranda is so friendly and approachable. Thank you so much Miranda!

After deciding we wanted a tiered cake, we found Pretty petal cake company and were immediately impressed by the photos on the website. We were sent some samples Which were just beautiful.
Due to living in a different county, we had a meeting with Miranda over facetime, and she was so lovely and accommodating, and clearly very passionate about her job.
We decided to give Miranda some artistic freedom, and she delivered a stunning cake! We almost didnt want to cut it but I’m glad we did, as everyone enjoyed it and it all went.
For anyone considering using Miranda, we highly recommend her.

Perfection!
Miranda baked our cake to absolute perfection; the flavours and decoration was outstanding and exactly what we wanted. Through every step of the way, Miranda listened to us and made the whole experience incredibly personal. Her expertise and enthusiasm are second to none and her experience speaks for itself. Perfect wedding cake
Highly recommend. Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning and each tier was delicious. Miranda listened to our ideas and took the time to understand the vibe we were going for and then created something truly unique and special. From the exquisite sugar roses to the bespoke lace top tier that matched my dress, it was perfect! We especially appreciated the gorgeous tasting box, which helped us decide the flavours for each tier. Thank you so much for being the beautiful person that you are and creating the perfect sweet treat for all our guests to enjoy.

Incredible personalised wedding cake!
Miranda did an amazing job creating our beautiful and delicious wedding cake. From the start, she was great at explaining all the steps of the process and showed how she really knows her stuff! She went above and beyond in tailoring the cake to us and our special day, including elements of the location setting, wedding dress lace, colour scheme and seating plan theme. The finished cake was like a work of art, with sugar flowers that looked incredibly realistic and a beautifully painted illustration of kingfishers taken from our stationery designs. Not only did it look amazing, it tasted delicious! There was a fantastic variety of flavours to choose from in the planning process, and the cake tasting box was such a fun experience. We're grateful to Miranda for all her hard work and we would absolutely recommend her to others looking for a skilled, creative and dedicated professional.

Wedding Cake
I would have no hesitation in recommending Miranda for your wedding cake. It was short notice in arranging our wedding cake but Miranda had no problem with this. She kept me informed all the time even incorporating our dog into the cake. She delivered the cake to my parents address and showed them how to cut the cake. Everyone commented on how beautiful the cake looked and how delicious it was. Michelle

The dream wedding cake!
Miranda created our dream wedding cake and we’ll be forever grateful for how perfectly she brought our vision to life! We had a rough idea of what we wanted but at our consultation Miranda guided us through all the possibilities and worked with us to design the perfect cake! On the day, we were so excited to see the cake and it was everything we had wished for and more! Every tier of the cake was delicious and we got so many compliments on it! Miranda was so helpful and lovely from the first time we spoke and her work is incredible, she is extremely talented and we’re so lucky that we were able to book her for our special day! Beautiful cake and amazing service
I contacted Miranda only 6 weeks before my wedding. Not only did she agree to the last minute request she personalised the cake so well. I sent her pictures of my cats, of the grooms look and my bouquet and she incorporated all of that into the cake. But I think the best part was that she was just so lovely, she spent 30 minutes on the phone with me going through the design and just chit chatting, she sent a wedding card and she even got the hotel to send a slice of cake up to the room before it all got eaten.
