Services Offered

The Silk & Maple team wants to help you feel empowered, beautiful, and uniquely yourself. Your stylist will greet you upon your arrival. They will take the time to get to know you and understand your vision; then, it's time to talk dresses. Your stylist will lead you to a private dressing room, where you will have two hours to try on the most modern, romantic, and unique gowns. You and your party will also receive complimentary bubbles, soft drinks, or hot drinks. The team at Silk & Maple wants your appointment to be fun, unforgettable, and, most importantly, tailored to you and your needs.

Silk & Maple are proud to offer private 2 hour appointments so they run by appointment only. All appointment types can be found and all appointments can be made through the website!

Operating hours:

Tuesday: 10:00am - 4:00pm Wednesday: 10:00am - 4:00pm Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm Friday: 10:00am - 4:00pm Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm Sunday: 11:00am - 4:00pm (alternate Sundays)

Best experience!

I had the most wonderful experience at Silk & Maple. The lovely Tegan helped me to find my perfect dress- something I never expected to do on my first visit!
I was incredibly nervous before my appointment, but the team put me at ease so fast and really listened to my concerns and ideas.

10/10 amazing!

100% recommend! Beautiful dress selection to choose from. Staff are SO lovely, wanting to get to know you, your partner and your dream day. Instantly felt at ease and was excited as soon as I stepped into the shop. They were amazing and I couldn't shout about them enough. They were conscious about the budget, were helpful and encouraging all at the same time. I could not have chosen a better place to find my dream dress!

Lovely shop, all dresses were fantastic quality and pricing was clear. Jade was absolutely brilliant! She listened to my preferences and venue to find a dresses that were perfect. Cannot recommend this shop enough!

5 Stars! I cannot recommend Silk & Maple enough. This was my second Bridal store I visited, and right from the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and welcomed. Teigan looked after me and my girls, starting with a sit down to discuss my wedding day, this gave her a good idea of what kind of dress I was looking for, even if I didn't know. The appointment was for an hour and 45 mins, and this meant we didn't feel rushed at all, I got to try a wide variety of styles and was lucky enough to find my dream dress here. Im a curvy bride, and I didn't feel limited at all, which is so refreshing. Teigan is so knowledgeable and it really shows, she advised throughout the fitting and made me feel like anything was possible. Silk & Maple are first rate, offering a truly fantastic service. Thank you.

A magical experience

I cannot recommend Silk and Maple highly enough. I arrived feeling nervous, self conscious and totally unsure of what I wanted or would suit me. They made me feel totally at ease and they could visualise exactly what would suit me. I left feeling beautiful and empowered!. The whole experience was magical and emotional and aftercare was first rate. They truly deserve every accolade bestowed upon them.

The best shop EVER!

I cannot recommend Silk and Maple enough. Roberta and Tegan made the day so special for not just me but my bridal party too! It was a day I was dreading but they made it into the most wonderful, core memory I will hold onto for life! I would highly recommend them to any bride! They went out of their way to get to know me, learn about my fiancee and our wedding and it felt like they were two new members of our bridal party! Do yourself the biggest favour as a bride and opt for Silk & Maple (and their bespoke bridal afternoon for an extra bridal treat!). Thank you both for everything !!!

Love love love this shop!

Absolutely amazing experience at silk and maple! I was very nervous but Tegan put me completely at ease. We booked the cocktail appointment and they even offered extra drinks to the menu to suit one of the bridal party if needed. Couldn’t recommend them enough! (And my dress is everything!!! Thank you ladies) 🤍

Wedding Dress!!

The whole process from start to finish was a joy! I am so happy that I al chose Silk and Maple. They could not do enough to help and their honest advise on sizing, dresses to suit my shape really helped me make the final decision!

Fabulous experience

The best experience!

I had the most amazing experience at Silk & Maple. Roberta was so caring and made you feel so special and found me the most perfect dress for my big day. It was my first bridal dress try on and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Can’t wait to see my dress once it’s been tailored!

Absolutley Amazing

I had a not so great experience with a different bridal boutique and Roberta and Tegan showed me exaclty how the experience should be, the girls are amazing. And I found my dress.

The shop is beautiful with its own little rooms. The girls have tons of experience and knowledge. Honestly if I could do it all over again I definitely would.

Best Bridal Shop Experience!!!

I had the most wonderful experience at Silk & Maple! From the moment I walked in, **Gemma** was absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and warm. I instantly felt at ease, which made such a difference for such an important decision. After I shared a bit about myself and the style I was looking for, Gemma immediately started pulling dresses that I absolutely loved. She even managed to pull *the* dress I said yes to, before I’d even asked if they had that specific one available!

What made this experience even more special were the little touches this shop added along the way. They truly make you feel like a priority and ensure the whole process feels personal and memorable. I couldn't recommend Silk & Maple enough! If you're looking for a beautiful dress and a team that cares about making your day perfect, this is the place to go.

Incredible.

Girls! You were both incredible when I went looking for my dress - it was like watching an artist paint a picture. I went in with an idea and then after 3 dresses you knew what would look good / what I was after and I fell in love with the one you chose. I felt like a real life princess for my big day, the dresses are incredible and you guys are so accommodating.

An absolute dream come true!

I booked an appointment here after I saw someone walk through the high street after picking up their dress.
The store is beautiful and clean. I really appreciated the privacy of having my own changing room and the staff were an absolute dream. Really professional, genuinely excited about my wedding day and super skilled in adding and taking away bits to the dress to make it my dream dress.

Incredible

Gemma was absolutely amazing set the bar very high for other consultants when I go to a few other bridal shops. She listened very carefully, made me feel comfortable, extremely complimentary which is a must I think when you’re choosing such an important dress. Everyone who came with my was absolutely amazed with everything she done and how she made us all feel. I have a gut feeling I’ll be going back for a second look and to say “yes to the dress” xx
