Services Offered
The Silk & Maple team wants to help you feel empowered, beautiful, and uniquely yourself. Your stylist will greet you upon your arrival. They will take the time to get to know you and understand your vision; then, it's time to talk dresses. Your stylist will lead you to a private dressing room, where you will have two hours to try on the most modern, romantic, and unique gowns. You and your party will also receive complimentary bubbles, soft drinks, or hot drinks. The team at Silk & Maple wants your appointment to be fun, unforgettable, and, most importantly, tailored to you and your needs.

How do you work?
Silk & Maple are proud to offer private 2 hour appointments so they run by appointment only. All appointment types can be found and all appointments can be made through the website!
Operating hours:
Tuesday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Friday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am - 4:00pm (alternate Sundays)

The best experience!
I had the most amazing experience at Silk & Maple. Roberta was so caring and made you feel so special and found me the most perfect dress for my big day. It was my first bridal dress try on and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Can’t wait to see my dress once it’s been tailored!

Absolutley Amazing
I had a not so great experience with a different bridal boutique and Roberta and Tegan showed me exaclty how the experience should be, the girls are amazing. And I found my dress.
The shop is beautiful with its own little rooms. The girls have tons of experience and knowledge. Honestly if I could do it all over again I definitely would.

Best Bridal Shop Experience!!!
I had the most wonderful experience at Silk & Maple! From the moment I walked in, **Gemma** was absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and warm. I instantly felt at ease, which made such a difference for such an important decision. After I shared a bit about myself and the style I was looking for, Gemma immediately started pulling dresses that I absolutely loved. She even managed to pull *the* dress I said yes to, before I’d even asked if they had that specific one available!
What made this experience even more special were the little touches this shop added along the way. They truly make you feel like a priority and ensure the whole process feels personal and memorable. I couldn't recommend Silk & Maple enough! If you're looking for a beautiful dress and a team that cares about making your day perfect, this is the place to go.

Incredible
Gemma was absolutely amazing set the bar very high for other consultants when I go to a few other bridal shops. She listened very carefully, made me feel comfortable, extremely complimentary which is a must I think when you’re choosing such an important dress. Everyone who came with my was absolutely amazed with everything she done and how she made us all feel. I have a gut feeling I’ll be going back for a second look and to say “yes to the dress” xx

Wonderful experience
Approaching my second marriage I had very clear ideas on what I didn’t want and Gemma at Silk & Maple didn’t let me down. Beautiful gowns with such amazing customer service. I found ‘the one’ and the guests who also joined me loved the whole experience too.

Although I was nervous, as soon as we arrived Roberta and Tegan made us feel so welcome and excited for the appointment. There are so many beautiful dresses and styles to choose from and Roberta really listened to what I liked and what I was looking for with each dress I tried on. I said yes to the dress which Roberta had hand selected for me, it is absolutly stunning and I felt so happy having found my dream dress, there were even tears!
I also returned for an accessorry appointment with Jess who shared so much knowledge and made me feel at ease helping me find the perfect veil to compliment my dress.
Silk & Maple made Wedding Dress shopping such a special and memorable experience for me and my mum that we will remember forever. We felt all of the team went above and beyond to create a personal appointment and I would recommend Silk & Maple to all brides to be ✨🤍

Silk and Maple will forever hold a special place in my heart! They provide excellent, personal service and always have a smile on their face. The wedding dress I said yes to, was one that Roberta and Tegan both suggested for me! They have heaps of experience and knowledge and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go anywhere else for their special day🤍 lots of love ladies x
