I visited a few different bridal shops, as you do, but I started my search at Morgan Davies and ultimately ended up finding my dress there. I chose a stunning Maggie Sottero dress that completely blew everyone away. No one expected me to wear something like it, yet it felt so perfectly me. I didn’t want a traditional look, I wanted to feel sexy, glamorous, and confident - and that’s exactly how I felt in my dress.

I had the wonderful help of Sarah, who made the whole experience so enjoyable and relaxed. She was honest, supportive, and gave me the best advice - exactly what I needed. Unlike some other shops where every dress supposedly “looked amazing,” Sarah gave genuine feedback, which I truly appreciated.

Morgan Davies in Hitchin is such a beautiful shop with a stunning selection of designs across a wide range of styles. Thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress, something completely different from what I initially imagined, but so much better than I ever could have hoped for.

I went to 5 dress shops in total, 3 of them being Morgan Davies! Laura was the most amazing consultant, making me feel so comfortable and amazing everytime and completely understood my vision for the day. They even helped me tailor a veil into a cape to create the perfect dress for me.

From my first visit with my mum the lovely team helped my try on a wonderful variety of dresses until I found THE ONE! Honestly a dress I wouldn't have even considered until the stylist put me in it, she clearly understood my style better than I did myself!
The team let me come and visit my dress on multiple occasions including to show my bridesmaid and even let them bring and try on their outfits so I could see the whole look together, the team where so patient with us!

I loved everyone I met with at Morgan Davies bridal. I even got to meet the designer of my dress by coincidence as he was there on one of my visits.
I also bought my veil and a belt. The service is absolutely brilliant and they’ll even put you in touch with a recommended bridal tailor.
The dress selection is huge with all sorts of styles. It means you can try all the different styles, which means I ended up with a dress I would never have picked but once it was on I was in love !

I may not be buying my dress here but out of the several wedding shops I have been too, this shop has been the best at customer service Jackie was patient, welcoming and great at pinning the dresses! I would highly recommend this shop.

me find the perfect dress, they never tried to sell me the wrong one like some boutiques can do by persuading you towards something, or saying you look great in everything when you know it’s not for you! They had a fantastic system of narrowing styles where by the assistance could tell which dress I preferred over another and if it wasn’t the winner it didn’t even get another look! They’re such a friendly team and they will be able to help you find the right style for you.

5* rating for MD and to Laura in particular at the London branch for being attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Aside from finding my perfect dress here, the service and experience was impeccable. I had been to several shops before MD and I appreciated the laid back and genuine nature of the staff. It was not pretentious (unlike some of the other larger shops), yet had luxurious dresses and small scale local designers as well as more well known ones. On top of that it was clear that the staff had a wealth of experience and had a sense of what styles, shapes and taste the brides had. As obvious as it sounds, some of the other shops lacked this level of detail. Laura was instantly attune to what I liked and I noticed how skilled she was at noticing my reactions to certain dresses - this helped to make my wedding dress experience efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this boutique - it has the perfect balance between providing a small, but diverse range of dresses, and also excellent customer service. thank you!

I would absolutely recommend Morgan Davies to everyone. The dresses are the most beautiful dresses I saw, and the service was luxurious and made me feel beyond special. From the moment I walked in the the day I picked up my dress, I didn't feel out of place. When picking the dress, it was so great to have someone there who knew when my face lit up enough to know it was the one, but also knew when to go leave us to look a bit closer. I hopefully won't be back for myself but will be bringing others there!

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing staff at Morgan Davies Hitchin. I came to you in July about 2 weeks before my wedding with a dress disaster. I very upset when I came in but everyone was so understanding and wanted so badly to help me find a new dream dress.
