Wedding Hair specialist and award winning stylist located just outside of Maldon in Essex.
Louise Heard Hair Bridal has been specialising in creating unique, timeless hairstyles for over 10 years in the industry, covering all over Essex, Norfolk, Kent, and surrounding areas. And I also cater for abroad weddings too!
I work closely with you to create the perfect styles to suit you, your dress and your venue to envision your desired look for your wedding day. Whether it is a structured updo or a more relaxed boho style, I can create all looks for you. I will help give you confidence and take away your nerves before you walk down the aisle.
Services
Louise Heard Hair and Bridal offers a variety of services, including onsite trial appointments as well as relaxed trial appointments at my salon, beauty timelines, and group bookings. I can even stay with you right up until you say, 'I do,' should you need any last-minute touch-ups or adjustments. I will also provide additional hours by request. A wide range of hairstyles is available, from vintage and classic to bohemian and natural, allowing you to find an aesthetic you really love.

The Perfect Wedding Morning Stylist
Louise was amazing from consultation to the end of the wedding morning. Our hair looked stunning and all held so well throughout the day. She was so lovely and so easy to talk to, nothing was too much of a problem for her and her work really is incredible! Myself and my 4 bridesmaids all had very different styles and hair lengths, yet she managed to work with all of them with ease and create beautiful looks for us all. Would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Couldn’t have done it without you Louise!!
I can’t recommend Louise enough! She did the hair for my wedding day – mine, my mum’s, my four bridesmaids, my sister’s, and our flower girl – and made every single one of us feel absolutely stunning.
A week before the wedding, another hairdresser had ruined my hair colour, and I was so stressed. Louise was incredibly calming and reassuring, and promised we would make it work – and she truly did that. I felt amazing on the day, all thanks to her.
Not only did Louise do all our hair but she also went above and beyond, even helping me button up my wedding dress when things got busy!

Made my special day a breeze!
Louise was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease straight away even before meeting her and she made sure that by the time we had finished my trial everything was planned and so the actual day would go smoothly, which it did. Louise was such a calming presence to have with me on my wedding day and felt like an old friend. She’s so talented and professional and all of our styles lasted the whole day - some even until the next day! I would recommend Louise and her work to absolutely everyone, thank you again Louise for being such an important part of my wedding day and for being so lovely and supportive!

Louise was very friendly and welcoming.
She was very professional but also made me feel at ease.
I initially met Louise the first time at my hair trial and she knew what style would suit me from the way I wore my hair naturally and based on the wedding dress I was wearing.
She exceeded my expectations at the trial and I couldn’t wait until my big day to see her again.
Louise, executed the bridesmaids hairs & also my own on my big day!
The bridal parties hair lasted all day too, from morning all the way through until the end of the night.
She even helped me in to my dress and helped lace me up when I was starting to stress. If it wasn’t for her I’d be walking down the aisle with my dress undone!
No words will ever be enough for the way she made me feel on my big day and for all that she done! I am just so pleased I had found someone like Louise!
You will not be disappointed.

One of the best!
I booked Louise for an occasional hair style for my 30th last year. She was super professional, very skilled and knew what she was doing. She delivered exactly what I asked for. She’s so good that I’ve now booked her to do my bridal hair! 100% recommend!
