Where to start!..Sophie is simply more than a make up artist. From start to finish, Sophie managed everything as a true professional; plenty of communication to develop her understanding of what I wanted and she nailed it! Not only did Sophie do our make up, but she also did hair and both were incredible. During my make up tutorial, Sophie also advised on skin care prep, prior to the big day which massively helped with the condition of my skin and treat dry eyes- which I was unaware I even had!
If you book Sophie you’ll often hear from her ‘I’m not just here to do your make up’- and she really does mean that!
For me, it was the additional ‘little touches’ of Sophie that made the experience so special. Ie, she stepped in when none of us could do my son’s tie, she buttoned up my dress (which was not easy!), she was also a ‘supplier’ for all of those little things that you forget, such as a pen and pair of scissors.
To put it bluntly, Sophie really aided to an incredible morning and, in turn, an incredible day. My make up stayed put the whole day and she really listened to what I was looking for. Thank you! Xx

Sophie did bridal makeup for myself and 3 bridesmaids in March 2024. The trial beforehand was really useful; Sophie was so welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. I wasn't sure what would look good on me but Sophie was able to suggest a few looks and I went for soft glam which was perfect! On the day of the wedding Sophie arrived on time and organised; she had already sent me a run through so we knew the order in which each of us was getting ready. She liaised with our hairdresser to make sure everything would run like clockwork. Our makeup was absolutely beautiful. Sophie adapted the looks for each of us and considered each person's age and makeup ideas. Not only was she a fabulous makeup artist but she helped with other things such as buttoning up my dress as my bridesmaid was struggling and beginning to panic! I would 100% recommend Sophie to any bride to be, she's just fab and a lovely person!

From our first conversation she made me feel so comfortable - as someone who doesn’t often wear a lot of make up I was pretty nervous about this aspect of the wedding. Sophie put me at ease from the get go. Asking just enough questions about what I wanted to not make me feel overwhelmed.
In the lead up to the wedding she was always super fast to respond to any messages that I sent. The trial went so well and once again her gorgeous personality made me feel comfortable and like I’d known her for years. I was so relaxed around her.
The photos of her work speak for themselves - she’s an incredible artist and did the most amazing job for me and my four bridesmaids (she even made my little 3 year old flower girl feel involved in getting her make up done).

Sophie was such a great makeup artist. She did makeup for myself, three bridesmaids and my mother in law and everyone said how lovely and how talented she was at making everyone feel at ease and look their best.

I had a trial with Sophie waaay ahead of my wedding and when I messaged her with about a month to go from the day with some questions she was more than happy to help.

She arrived bright and breezy even at 6am and her timings were perfect. It was like having another bridesmaid there who was calm, knowledgeable and understood how important this part of the day was. She stayed right until my dress was on and I was ready to go.

My makeup lasted all day and night and even after we had a very late post wedding after party my eyelashes had not moved. I’m so pleased with how my makeup looks on the photos as well as my bridal party. I could not recommend Sophie enough and won’t hesitate to book her in the future.

On my trial day Sophie also gave me such great skincare tips ahead of the big day so I felt confident in the run up to the big day my skin would look its best. Sophie's signature style of soft glam makeup perfectly captured the romantic and elegant look I had envisioned for my wedding day.
