I couldn't recommend Sophie enough for her expertise, calmness and for making my feel amazing on my wedding! I wanted to feel myself with a natural look, only elevated and she was able to listen and create my perfect look. She also looked after my 5 bridesmaids and my mum who all loved theirs - my mum was nervous to have hers done but Sophie was so good with her and made her feel amazing too! Highly recommend for anyone looking for someone!

Sophie did my mum’s and my makeup for my wedding day, and all I can say is that she was absolutely amazing! Not only is Sophie an incredibly talented makeup artist, but she is also such a lovely person who helped keep me calm and relaxed on the day.
We had a trial beforehand and Sophie was so thorough, instantly understanding the look we were hoping for. My mum and I wanted a natural look with a little something extra, and Sophie captured this beautifully. We were both so happy with our makeup after the trial, but on the wedding day we were completely blown away. I genuinely couldn’t believe it was me when I looked in the mirror!

I cannot recommend Sophie enough, she helped make the day absolutely perfect. She did make up for myself and 3 bridesmaids for my big day and her calm and relaxed vibes made getting ready a dream. From the trial to the final touch-up, she exceeded every expectation. Sophie talked through everything with me in my trial and gave me some really good advice and ideas (as someone who isn’t very good at makeup, I didn’t really have a clue what I was after). Sophie’s style is really natural and elegant and I felt like she really highlighted my features, made me look and feel like an absolute princess but still felt like me. She worked seamlessly with my hairdresser to make the whole morning prep run smoothly and even planned in time for touch ups so we never felt rushed. She worked around a week-old baby and even helped iron the bridesmaids’ dresses so we didn’t ruin our makeup. Sophie made the whole bridal party feel utterly stunning and our make up lasted well after the last dance, everything looked incredible in both natural light and the professional photography.

From the moment I went for my trial, Sophie put me at ease. I was not sure the look I wanted to go for and therefore Sophie helped me along the way. She listened, we tried different looks and she made sure I was absolutely comfortable and happy.

I have naturally curly hair and so was unsure how to style it - Sophie showed her ability to deal with my wild hair and made it look easy.

She is extremely professional and her kit is unbelievably clean. She is a true expert in the world of makeup (something I do not have a clue about!) and she is similarly talented with bridal hair. She fitted in well with my very large bridal party and put everyone at ease (including both mums who have never had their makeup done).

I would also like to add that Sophie woke up at 3am to travel to my venue and was prompt and on time. We had plenty of time to spare, the morning was without any stress and she ensured she provided a timetable beforehand so I could update people of who would be next in the “hot seat”.
Sophie worked incredibly with my photographer too.

Sophie was the best hair and make up artist I could have asked for on my wedding day. Even though I probably stressed her out so much with 4 hairs and 3 make ups to do within a few hours, she was incredibly friendly, stuck up for us when a guest in the room over was being a bit of a downer on the day, and she made us all look absolutely fantastic. She is so easy to get along with and I would always wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who needed bridal hair and make up done ❤️

From the start, working with Sophie was a dream! I absolutely loved her natural, soft and glowing style. I don't wear make-up usually, and I ended up having two trials. Sophie was so kind and helped me to express what I wanted to tweak, and she smashed it because after the second trial, I didn't want to take it off! I found Sophie whilst looking for a makeup artist who did natural makeup and could keep me looking like myself on my wedding day. She was helpful and easy to talk to as soon as I contacted her. I also hired her to do my hair and my two bridesmaids makeup aswell. I could not have hired anyone more perfect.
I have social anxiety and my main concern on my wedding morning was actually meeting my suppliers but Sophie was calm and friendly from the get go and really set the tone for the morning. Sophie is a fantastic makeup artist. On my wedding day I felt and looked a million dollars and it was Sophie who made me feel this way. Sophie makeup look is exactly what you ask for and very natural. I would highly recommend a trial . Sophie is very professional but also I felt she always listens to what you say or want. From contacting Sophie last year to her doing my final touches just before I walked down the aisle, everything has been perfect. Sophie had sent over a clear timesheet the month before, so we all knew exactly when we’d be going and what to expect.

All of the bridesmaids commented on how beautiful their make up looked. It was natural but still so lovely and wedding-appropriate – everyone still looked like themselves, just a more refined version. The make up lasted all day, and Sophie stayed with Zoe right up until I left for the ceremony to help with final touch-ups and even helped me into my dress.
