  A true Professional!

  Where to start!..Sophie is simply more than a make up artist. From start to finish, Sophie managed everything as a true professional; plenty of communication to develop her understanding of what I wanted and she nailed it! Not only did Sophie do our make up, but she also did hair and both were incredible. During my make up tutorial, Sophie also advised on skin care prep, prior to the big day which massively helped with the condition of my skin and treat dry eyes- which I was unaware I even had!
  If you book Sophie you’ll often hear from her ‘I’m not just here to do your make up’- and she really does mean that!
  For me, it was the additional ‘little touches’ of Sophie that made the experience so special. Ie, she stepped in when none of us could do my son’s tie, she buttoned up my dress (which was not easy!), she was also a ‘supplier’ for all of those little things that you forget, such as a pen and pair of scissors.
  To put it bluntly, Sophie really aided to an incredible morning and, in turn, an incredible day. My make up stayed put the whole day and she really listened to what I was looking for. Thank you! Xx

  Sophie was very much part of setting me up for the day ahead

  The make up was on point and exactly what I asked for. I went for a trial which was a lovely experience and part of the lead up process. I fully trusted that Sophie would be an excellent choice of MUA for my special day. Not only that Sophie complimented the whole getting ready experience and it was so lovely having her and her make up artist assistant to support the bridal team to look and feel fabulous. As a bride you have such a range of emotions and you don’t know how you will be the morning of the wedding. I felt super calm and relaxed and I know that’s because my hair and make up team were incredible. Beautiful people, lovely calming energy and a lovely approach to working within the hustle and bustle of a busy bridal team. They fit perfectly. I don’t throw the word perfectly around very often because I don’t believe perfection exists but their service was impeccable and I’m truly grateful.

  Sophie is the best!!

  Sophie did bridal makeup for myself and 3 bridesmaids in March 2024. The trial beforehand was really useful; Sophie was so welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. I wasn't sure what would look good on me but Sophie was able to suggest a few looks and I went for soft glam which was perfect! On the day of the wedding Sophie arrived on time and organised; she had already sent me a run through so we knew the order in which each of us was getting ready. She liaised with our hairdresser to make sure everything would run like clockwork. Our makeup was absolutely beautiful. Sophie adapted the looks for each of us and considered each person's age and makeup ideas. Not only was she a fabulous makeup artist but she helped with other things such as buttoning up my dress as my bridesmaid was struggling and beginning to panic! I would 100% recommend Sophie to any bride to be, she's just fab and a lovely person!

  Incredible bridal artist

  I cannot recommend Sophie enough. She is incredible.
  From our first conversation she made me feel so comfortable - as someone who doesn’t often wear a lot of make up I was pretty nervous about this aspect of the wedding. Sophie put me at ease from the get go. Asking just enough questions about what I wanted to not make me feel overwhelmed.

  I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more supportive, kind, talented individual to get me ready. My makeup& hair remained in place for the whole day & evening, with no touch up required.

  wedding day

  soph done mine, my wife’s and bridesmaids make up for our wedding and made us all look absolutely STUNNING.
  
  Firstly, we had our trial and she made us feel very comfortable and she knew what she was talking about all make up.
  
  On our wedding day, she made specifically me feel calm and relaxed as I was stressing over the small stuff going on around me. My make up was beyond beautiful and stayed beautiful throughout the day and so did my wife’s and bridesmaids.

  Sophie is second to none

  As a keen makeup enthusiast, I knew I wanted to do my own wedding makeup. However, I lacked the confidence and knowledge to create a timeless bridal look which would last all day. As a result, I booked a lesson with Sophie, in which I learnt a step-by-step process to create flawless bridal makeup. The lesson was worth EVERY PENNY! Sophie is incredibly knowledgable about not only the products she used in the session but also about many, many other products on the market. I fired lots of questions her way and I came away with all the answers! I learnt not only the application of a bridal make up look but also the right products for my skin type and skin tone. Additionally, Sophie taught me how to look after my skin in the run up to my wedding. I learnt so much in the session and Sophie is a kind & patient teacher. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sophie to anybody else that is looking to develop their skills and confidence in makeup artistry, she is utterly brilliant.

  The best makeup artist

  Makeup for my wedding was something I was so nervous about but once I'd met Sophie at my makeup trial I felt completely at ease. She is so lovely and easy to get along with and will make sure your makeup is exactly how you'd like it and offer suggestions on what could work for you.   Incredible

  Sophie was amazing from the moment I first met her right through until I left to go and get married.
  She was so warm and friendly and made me and my family feel at ease from the moment she arrived on the big day! She felt like an extended part of my family. She was so good with my little nieces who were enthralled with her makeup collection.
  She is so talented and made us all feel beautiful, she listened to our individual needs and wants and created the most perfect looks that lasted all day and night.
  She arranged the addition of a hairdresser Rachel - who was equally as lovely and our hair looked amazing and lasted all day even through the downpours!!
