I had contacted many hairdressers during my search and Alice stood out almost immediately. Not only within my budget, but also personable and very friendly, exactly what I was looking for! I explained that she would be doing my hair and possibly my eldest's, if she would let her touch her hair on the day (she is autistic and her hair is one of her highly sensitive sensory triggers). Not a problem for Alice!

On the day of my trial I showed up 2 hours early by mistake and Alice could have easily send me off, but she let me in, made me a coffee and we had a lovely chat! After I came back on the correct time we picked up on our previous chat as she was doing her magic on my hair. The whole experience felt as if I had a friend of mine doing my hair, not someone I had just met!
As for results? She understood what I wanted, kept notes, took pictures all along and the result was amazing, only needing minor tweaks for my special day.

On the day of the wedding she arrived on time, only to find me running around last minute, trying to organise everything. Realised I needed some time to relax and put music on her phone, which helped me to slow down and enjoy the moment! I appreciated that more than anything else, even though my kids made sure it didn't last long! And to top it all, Alice was fantastic with my daughter, who trusted her to do her hair and she looked like a little angel afterwards!

I couldn't be happier with the results and wholeheartedly recommend Alice to other brides-to-be! She is a GEM!

Alice was incredible to work with: so quick to respond to messages and guide me through choosing my hairstyle for the big day. She was so fun to be around during the trial and the wedding morning, and her expertise meant that all of the bridal party’s hair kept in place despite a late night on the dance floor.

Alice was wonderful from start to finish. Excellent communication at the booking stage, within moments of speaking to her at my trial I felt like I'd known her forever! Kept in contact with me up until the big day and listened to my thoughts about my trial and made the adjustments perfectly. Then on the day - calm, supportive, efficient... everything you want in a bridal hair stylist! Went above and beyond, even helping me put on my bridal jewellery. Alice is one in a million and a wonderful soul - you will not regret booking her!

Alice was incredible! She did hair for me, my 5 bridesmaids (including 2 teens) and 2 little flower girls and everyone looked so amazing! She listened to what everyone wanted, gave advice and ensured everyone looked and felt their best. She was so kind and patient, especially with the little ones, and was a lovely person to have around on the morning of the wedding. She also managed to get us all ready ahead of time which was a huge relief. On the day, we battled with rain, wind and even a bit of snow (our little flower girl even did some head banging) and all the hair stayed beautiful. I would highly recommend Alice to anyone booking their wedding.

Alice has worked with different hair styles and textures for my wedding day (from straight to curly to wavy, thick and thin, short and long hair as well as multicoloured) and they all looked stunning and lasted the whole day!

Alice is a joy to have as your wedding hairdresser and I loved everything about having her as mine - from initial contact, to communication in the lead up, to (especially) the big day itself. She is really really talented and she is lovely to have around - making an effort with everyone and she felt like part of the wedding party. Great experience and relaxed through out. Alice did mine, my mum's and 3 bridesmaids hair and everyone was extremely happy with the outcome. Alice came to the hotel promptly and was very organised with a time schedule to get everyone ready in time. There were no hiccups, i wish i could do it all again and have my hair like this every day.
