Claire was an absolute anchor, and my mum can't stop singing her praises! I felt like an enchanting vixen all day, and when it came to crunch time, Claire was the calm in the storm and stepped in when needed. I can't tell you how appreciative I am, and how much her calm made the start of my wedding day enjoyable, relaxing and completely at ease in her care. It made walking down the aisle something I could do confidently, feeling beautiful and looking like an enchantress. It felt like a spa treatment before heading up, and she listened intently, gave a realistic approach of what to expect, and as a woman with psoriasis wanting to feel pretty, and then feeling like a goddess...I can't express the level of awe that was struck upon me, and how it stayed on ALL day...I'm an oily skin girly, but it stayed in place and did not budge. I'm so relieved I found Claire, and I think as a general rule, everyone needs a Claire for their wedding day

Being over 60 I didn’t want to have a full on make up look. I’ve had my makeup done before and ended up reverting back to my usual 10 minute routine! However, Tina took lots of time and taught me lots of tips and how to apply make up for the older face. She made the whole experience such fun and very informative. She used great quality products. So now I allow more time and effort then I went out that day and somebody thought I had had a facelift! Thank you Tina, you’ve saved me a fortune!

I had contacted many hairdressers during my search and Alice stood out almost immediately. Not only within my budget, but also personable and very friendly, exactly what I was looking for! I explained that she would be doing my hair and possibly my eldest's, if she would let her touch her hair on the day (she is autistic and her hair is one of her highly sensitive sensory triggers). Not a problem for Alice! On the day of my trial I showed up 2 hours early by mistake and Alice could have easily send me off, but she let me in, made me a coffee and we had a lovely chat! After I came back on the correct time we picked up on our previous chat as she was doing her magic on my hair. The whole experience felt as if I had a friend of mine doing my hair, not someone I had just met! As for results? She understood what I wanted, kept notes, took pictures all along and the result was amazing, only needing minor tweaks for my special day. On the day of the wedding she arrived on time, only to find me running around last minute, trying to organise everything. Realised I needed some time to relax and put music on her phone, which helped me to slow down and enjoy the moment! I appreciated that more than anything else, even though my kids made sure it didn't last long! And to top it all, Alice was fantastic with my daughter, who trusted her to do her hair and she looked like a little angel afterwards! I couldn't be happier with the results and wholeheartedly recommend Alice to other brides-to-be! She is a GEM!

Sali was always my first choice for wedding make up, she's done my face for other occasions in the past and is always excellent! I trust her 100% and there were plenty of "sali specials" in my trial where I just went with her recommendation. But she knows exactly how to make my face look flawless without losing its definition (I like my freckles!), and she captured exactly the right balance between glam and sophisticated I was after with the perfect amount of purple! She's truly an artist and knows her stuff! She's also a truly wonderful human being. Cruelty-free and inclusive. She's a breeze to book with and organise the day; she knows exactly how long you need for stuff. And she's the best person to have around on your wedding day, bringing a calming energy that any bride would need, and so quick to take any issues/problems you do not need to be dealing with out of your hands. Everyone needs a Sali on their wedding day!

Hannah is just amazing, she was recommended to me by my venue The Norman’s and I’m so glad she was. The make up trial was a lovely experience, Hannah made me feel at home & so relaxed. She was amazing on the BIG day and listened to everything I wanted. My make up stayed perfect all day & night. It was an absolute pleasure having her be part of our special day. Hannah is a lovely lady & amazing at what she does, I highly recommend her.

Lucie was incredible from start to finish. Lucie made my morning as she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Lucie was attentive and listened and delivered to create my desired look. I highly recommend Lucie for any event but especially a wedding as I could not ask for a nicer person to spend my wedding morning with. I will be definitely using Lucie in the future for any event I have. When Lucie did my make up on my wedding morning, I felt like I had known her for years and I felt that comfortable that it was like a friend was doing it and not a stranger. We spoke like we had known each other for years. If you want an incredible person and make up artist then Lucie is definitely your lady. Amazing in every way!! I got married this last Saturday and Abi was my makeup artist for the big day. From start to finish she was incredible! She was responsive, friendly and her work was flawless. I felt the most beautiful I’ve ever felt on the big day. On the morning she was a wonderful calming presence to have and took all the stresses of a wedding morning in her stride. Abi was recommended to me by another bride and I’m so glad I booked her! So much so that my sister has also booked in for next June! Thankyou so much Abi and see you in June!

Caroline was so lovely and really helped us feel relaxed and beautiful on the day! The trial was also really helpful and I've come away with some useful hints and tips.

I got my hair done for my friend’s wedding, I am very happy with her service, not only she in an amazing stylist, she is very welcoming. I got my hair styled in the morning around 11 am and it lasted perfectly without any fallout for more then 12-13 hrs. I would definitely recommend KJ studio.

Lucy was incredibly punctual. She worked with a quiet confidence and engaged in a busy bridal suite with ease. She managed to churn out three bridesmaids and a bride in great time. And kindly helped a fourth bridesmaid tackle her own eyelashes. Our makeup stayed put all day. Despite my repeated crying (happy tears). The bridesmaids commented how beautiful they felt too. Highly recommended xxx
