More than a make up artist
Melanie is more than just a make up artist! She goes above and beyond her duty, is a pleasure to be around and just makes you feel fantastic! I am not a make up person so was nervous of having too much make up and not looking myself. Melanie listen to exactly what I wanted and got the assignment! I was more than pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone! She can also offer the whole package with a lovely salon where she offers all the extras you might want to get you ready for your big day! Thank you as always Melanie x

I absolutely loved my make up!
Mel did my bridesmaid make up on Saturday - we’d never met before but she totally got the measure of my skin type and the colours I suit, and I had the most stunning, dewy makeup that lasted all day. I’m quite fussy and I’ll usually run off the mirror and change something when someone else does my make up - but not this time. The bridal make up she then did for my best friend was the nicest I’ve ever seen. Just gorgeous and glowy, proper magazine level gorgeousness. 100% recommend Mel - she’s incredible, and - she’s totally lovely as well! xxx

Wedding make up Exceptional Service
From providing the bridal make up, the bridesmaids and the mother of the bride - Melanie listened to everyone and what they would like. Results was Beautiful Barely there natural faces but flawless with a lovely fresh look. She was wonderful at helping the day go smoothly including helping with the ‘tit’ tape and getting the dress on. I cannot recommend her highly enough

There is no one quite like Mel
Mel is simply the best. So much so I am now a frequent visitor to her salon. I don't wear makeup as such apart from mascara and lipstick but have always been conscious of my red skin, Mel came to my rescue and resolved this straightaway. Infact following Mel's tips I no longer have this problem Amazing considering I've had it for 30 years.. Not only is Mel a perfectionist she is one of the loveliest, calmest people I have met. She will certainly put you all at ease so you can enjoy your day. Everyone who meets Mel can't help but adore her, She has a huge heart, excellent people skills,excellent communicator, What more can I say Mel is simply the best

Our perfect day
From the moment I wrote on the Bude Noticeboard and Mel replied, I knew I’d found one in a million 😍
We live in Cheltenham and Mel helped me find everything for my wedding in Bude —make up, hair, nails, flowers AND photographer.
Mel’s make up is absolutely incredible. She knew exactly what colours suited me and my maids. I felt like a million dollars!
Mel also has amazing hair stylists (Hannah and Jess) - who made us all look fabulous and styled our hair exactly how we asked. Nothing was a problem and both so talented. Becky (acrylic nails) and Mel even came in on Bank Holiday Monday to do all of our nails. All our acrylics are still on 3 weeks later and still look like new 🥰
Mel is like a Fairy Godmother who waves a magic wand and you’re transformed into a beautiful princess! 💕
If you’re looking for someone for your wedding look no further. Mel is a beautiful person inside and out.
