the staff were so attentive and helpful
Thank you all so very much for the lovely day that we had, we really couldn't have asked for more! The staff were so attentive and helpful and we really did appreciate all the help and patience from Jean and Adrian. All of our guests enjoyed themselves immensely and you even managed to conjure up the sun!! Everything was so amazing and many thanks again for all yur help.

It was a pleasure at all times ......
I just wanted to let you know how thrilled we all were with how Saturday night's party for Andrew at Pembroke Lodge went, and to extend a massive thanks to you for how brilliantly you pulled it all together. Everything went so smoothly and the food was delicious -many, many people commented to us how much they enjoyed it, and how high the standard was, especially given that you were catering for a large number of people, so please pass our heartfelt compliments on to your chefs. Of course, it was not just the staff there on the night but other staff such as Jean who administered our event in the run-up and was always super-efficient and on-the-ball which contributed to the success of the evening and we really are both truly grateful for everything you did. It was a pleasure at all times dealing with you all; you were all exceedingly professional and helpful and I was impressed very much by the general helpful attitude and approach - always seeking to assist and to find ways to ensure that our event went as we would have wished it. Andrew didn't know any of the details of the party before the night (except that he was having one) so it was a lovely surprise to pull up at Richmond Park gates to his extreme surprise and then carry that surprise through to Pembroke Lodge and what awaited him there. It really is a lovely venue and our pleasure and enjoyment of the whole evening was maximised by all the effort put in by the staff to make it go off like clockwork and as it should. Nelson, words cannot express how much we truly appreciated all the thought, effort, care and attention that you put into making our wedding day such a truly wonderful and magical event. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the day thanks to your incredible talent for organising things so seamlessly, your calm yet charismatic approach with our guests and your amazing ability to make everyone feel so welcome and looked after. Our gratitude also to the fantastic team who worked along with you to make it all happen. We would recommend Pembroke Lodge as a wedding venue but most of all YOU as an MC without hesitation! Everything ran so smoothly
We wanted to say a proper thank you to you to Jean and Nelson for everything they did for us in the run up to, and on, our wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly in advance and we got all the information we needed and felt looked after every step of the way. On the day things could not have been better. We felt the day simply happened with no effort or requirements on our part at all. Nelson, took care of everything. Amy particularly appreciated that you were outside awaiting her arrival and instantly made her feel calm. Your presence throughout the day was discreet and reassuring and your attention to detail incredible – you even straightened her necklace before she walked down the aisle! We’d also like to say a particular thank you to the catering team – the food was amazing. After our tasting experience we had no doubt that the food would be good and the rack of lamb was the right choice. On the day we were not disappointed and so many of our guests commented on how tasty and perfectly cooked the meat was. We would not hesitate to recommend Pembroke Lodge to others as a wedding venue. Absolutely Perfect
We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Adrian, Liz and all the team at Pembroke Lodge for making our wedding day perfect. It was certainly the best day of our lives and we thank them so much for all the effort and work they put in to make the day so special. The venue, the food, the weather were all absolutely pefect and we couldn't have asked for a better day. We'll remember it for the rest of our lives :-)

Such a memorable day
We feel we must write to Nelson to say a big thank you to him and his team for helping us to make our day such a memorable occasion. We have had several letters of thanks from our guests and all have commented not only on the ambience of the Russell Suite but also on the food and efficiency of all the staff who were always on hand to help the day go without a hitch. It was enjoyed by all and we thank you again.

A delicious meal
I am sorry for the delay in writing to thank Nelson and his team very much for all they did to make Claire & Ben's wedding day special. I know they will be writing themselves when they return from honeymoon, but I wanted to add my own thanks for ensuring that the day ran smoothly.
