The best day of our lives

Wow , what a day it was on 9/8/25 and it is all down to the Pembroke Lodge team.
From the moment we booked to the moment the last person left, every aspect of our journey was executed with absolute precision and professionalism and it was all done with a smile on their faces.
We were treated like a King and a Queen and every single one of our guests were treated like royalty.
We and our guests were kept up to date every step of the way on the day and any signs of pre wedding nerves from ourselves were eased through the loving and reassuring nature of what they do.
They even went above and beyond to care for my Nan who fell ill. Pembroke were instrumental in helping her to recover ensuring that she did not miss our big day.
I can not speak highly enough of the entire Pembroke team.
Nelson, our event manager was sheer class, the waiting and bar staff were an absolute pleasure, the chef’s created an excellent meal and everyone else we spoke to or dealt with, Emma, Lucy and Kelvin are an absolute credit.

I have run out of superlatives to describe the memories that Pembroke helped us to create. All I have left to say is that if you have already booked or perhaps thinking about booking, you will not regret it, you will definitely not be disappointed and you have the most amazing day ahead of you.
This is not just a business, Pembroke Lodge genuinely do care.

Truly Magical

Pembroke Lodge was everything we hoped for and more! The venue is absolutely stunning and even on a rainy October day it still looked amazing. The team are a dream to work with and so helpful. Everything ran so smoothly on the day and guests are still telling me it was the best food they've had at a wedding. It was a truly magical day!

Fabulous venue

The setting at Pembroke Lodge is simply stunning. We got married 10th October 2025 on a mild Autumnal day, trees were just turning, colours glorious. We had our ceremony outdoors with our reception in the Russell Suite, a beautiful Georgian room, the setting was perfect.
The day went smoothly, without a hitch. Nelson, Lucy and the Events Team worked brilliantly to achieve a wonderful and memorable day. The Wedding Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented. Great selection of wines too. Service was top notch.

The lead up to the event went like clockwork. With regular updates and an efficient spreadsheet to capture guest details , table plans, and menu chouce was genius! A very clever way to organise the event.

We truly were impressed. Nothing was too much trouble. What touched us most was the care and attention to my 89 year old Dad, we were ever so grateful.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending Pembroke Lodge. The Lodge and the Events Team are all truly remarkable.

Simply incredible

We are so so happy we chose Pembroke Lodge! From beginning to end we felt supported and happy with our choice - they made the day incredible and Nelson and all the staff were so amazing! Could not be more thankful to the whole team for making our whole day so special!!

Beautiful venue, dream day

Pembroke Lodge is a beautiful venue to get hitched in. The team were very friendly and helpful , queries were answered quickly. There are different food and drink packages available to meet varying budget needs. I also opted to use suppliers recommended by the venue and that made things a lot easier as they were all familiar with Pembroke Lodge team, set up times, access etc. One less thing to worry about. Our banqueting manager guided us through everything, the day went seamlessly and all of our guests really enjoyed themselves. Thank you to everyone at Pembroke Lodge.

Amazing From Beginning

My husband and I had our wedding day about a month ago and we chose Pembroke Lodge for our wedding reception.
We had started planning our wedding January of this year and got married in the middle of August, so 7 months of planning. From the beginning, Pembroke Lodge were very transparent about their pricing for hiring the venue, catering and drinks and our date being available which I thoroughly appreciated and wish more venues did. My husband and I are not the most creative people and have never planned an occasion as big as this so we appreciated having everything spelled out to us, especially with short time frame. We'd like the thank Alice, Nelson, Sid and all the staff who helped on our big day, we couldn't thank you enough for all the hard work you put in to ensure our wedding reception ran smoothly for us and our guests. Thank you, thank you thank you!

Wonderful venue and staff!

We had a fantastic day in the Belvedere suite, we used several of the recommended suppliers and that came together seamlessly! The recommended suppliers know the venue and each other extremely well which makes for great teamwork and less stress for us. The PL were very professional and helpful on the day, Robert ran things very smoothly on the day despite rainy spells which required quick plan changes.

We thought the venue was very good value for money compared to other similar venues in SW London. The food was tasty and in very generous portions. There were plenty of canapés!

The team were really responsive to all of our questions, at times we felt it was difficult to make decisions based on our own limited knowledge. With hindsight we might have asked for an extra meeting to go through details. About 6 months prior to the wedding, PL stopped using their online portal and switched to excel spreadsheets/email chains. We found the portal easier to work with than long chains of emails.

Overall, would definitely recommend Pembroke Lodge and their team!

July 2025 wedding Belvedere suite Pembroke Lodge

We had our wedding at the Belvedere suite last month at Pembroke Lodge, and it was the most perfect day and amazing picturesque venue we could have ever wished for!

We planned our wedding in just 4 months! Nicola was amazing with all the correspondences with our wedding. Any questions we had Nicola was able to answer everything promptly, and was able to accommodate all my guests dietary needs. Being so prompt and professional helped us plan our wedding quickly and smoothly.
Also Nelson our event manager for our big day was amazing! He made sure everything went smoothly throughout the entire day from the start to end! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing as Nelson had everything all under control for us. The whole team that was present that day did a brilliant job, including all the waiters and waitresses, and a massive thank you to all the chefs behind the scenes. All our guests loved the food, everyone had full stomachs! We highly recommend the lamb shank for any meat eaters. The venue was able to cater for halal guests, meat eaters as well as my vegetarian guests.

Pembroke lodge is the most perfect venue to host your wedding as it has the most perfect view on the terrace of the Belvedere suite as well as having a large open room to have your reception. Having the option of removing the windows between the suite and terrace was great, gives you a mix of indoor and outdoor wedding vibes rolled in to one!

This wedding venue is a hidden gem in London. It’s perfect if you want a London location but still want to be surrounded in beautiful nature. The venue and all the staff at Pembroke lodge made this the most perfect venue for our wedding, a day that we will forever remember for the rest of our lives! The Belvedere suite and Pembroke lodge will hold a special space in our hearts for years to come.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!

I recently got married in the Belvedere Room at Pembroke Lodge and I can not recommend this venue enough. We were lucky enough to have lovely weather so the ceremony was held on the terrace, along with the drinks reception and it was perfect. What I loved about this room was all guests are in the same place. The bar is within the room and the terrace is an extension of it so the atmosphere was wonderful. It is also not far to nip off and take photos on the stunning grounds. The venue were so easy to work with, really accommodating from start to finish. Lucy responded to enquiries really quickly and we had the pleasure of Nelson who managed the day beautifully. Nelson was really flexible, worked with surprise magic shows, adapted timings, dealt with all suppliers and even fixed our cake after my 4 year old got her little hands on it. I was not bothered all day by any members of staff, they simply could not have done enough and you can really see how experienced the venue and staff are - it ran like clockwork. I absolutely recommend and I am very happy we can revisit the venue at any point and sit on the same terrace, with the same view.
