I imagine (well, know) that we challenged Carole and her team but I have high praise for her and their professionalism throughout the day. The attention we received was outstanding, and the food was fantastic too. And thank you for your part in all this. I am sure there were times we tested your patience. Dear Lauren, Anthea and i would just like to thank you and the staff at Mannings Heath for our wonderful wedding day on Friday. We cannot praise highly enough the faultless service you gave us on the Day. From the moment we arrived in the afternoon Carol went into overdrive to ensure everything went smoothly, she really is a credit to Mannings Heath and the work she put in was outstanding. Everything was carried out smoothly, efficiently and any issues on the day were dealt with with a smile and a "no problem i'll sort that out now". The same can be said for Helen that looked after us in the evening, always smiling even when i know she was under pressure, you have a couple of gems in Carol and Helen. I would also like to mention Matt and Cassie who were also extremely helpful on the Day. If you can thank for us too the Kitchen staff who produced an excellent meal for us, we had so many good comments from guests about the food they deserve a well earned pat on the back. To yourself Lauren thank-you for all your hard work and patience you put into the planning of our Day, your persistence on our second tasting day to ensure we found a dessert that Anthea loved is greatly appreciated and helped form a wonderful menu. The work you put in and your confidence in your staff meant that we never had any worries about the levels of service we would receive on the day. I will finish by adding that we will have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mannings Heath Golf Club to any friends that are looking for a first class venue. Amazing wedding venue
My husband and I got married at Mannings Heath Golf Club in May 2010 and we also had our wedding breakfast and evening reception there. From our very first visit, we knew we wanted to get married there. The building is beautiful and historical and the gardens are a wonderful backdrop for wedding photographs. The terrace is perfect if you’re lucky enough to have good weather (you can even have a BBQ evening reception!). Roberta, Rachel and Lauren, the wedding co-ordinators, were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating throughout the whole booking and organising process. Bruno did a fantastic job at being our toast master for the day. All of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. Even though it rained for most of the day, none of our guests commented on it as the venue is large enough not to feel claustrophobic (we had 80 guests all day). The only negative comments we have is that a few small requests were not carried out (although this didn’t impact on the day as a whole) and the bar service during the evening reception was slow due to understaffing. Apart from these small things, overall we couldn’t have wished for a better venue and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful
What a lovely venue with beautiful rooms/grounds, excellent food and very helpful, professional staff. We got married on 27th February 2010 and everyone was hugely impressed with our choice of venue and how well looked after we all were. Highly recommend this venue and in fact going to an evening reception there in May for our friends - can't wait to see it again!
