About Me
I’m Nigel, and I run Gardner Films with the help of my fiancee Rose.
I'm a filmmaker who values connection, atmosphere, and storytelling. My own life is documented through film - small moments, travels, family gatherings - captured so they’re never forgotten. That perspective shapes how I approach weddings.
Based in Stroud, in the Cotswolds, I film weddings across the Southwest, working quietly and thoughtfully to create films that don’t just show what happened, but let you relive those emotions year after year.

Extra hours are charged at an agreed hourly rate. You’ll be consulted before any extension

Bank transfer, card, or online invoice. Deposit secures the date. Balance due before the wedding

Extremely professional, highly recommended
We had Nigel shoot our Wedding Day in March. We met over video chat to discuss everything beforehand. He then liaised with our Photographer at Pausing Time Photography and the two communicated extremely well to map out the plan of action for the day. They worked exceptionally well together, along with our Celebrant, Emma Butler. They were an absolute dream team and pleasure to have with us on our special day. It put us completely at ease knowing that we had the best of the best, in terms of professionalism but also a group of people who felt they were giving a personal touch to everything they did that day too. What Nigel shot was nothing short of spectacular and amazing. We are extremely lucky to have met him and have him capture our day, it’s a memory we can cherish forever and we are eternally grateful. The video that he put together captured the raw emotion of the day so perfectly. We cannot express enough just how much we love it. And yes, it has made lots of people we shared it with very emotional! Including us! Lots of smiles and tears, in the best possible way. We could not recommend Nigel enough, words can’t express how highly I would recommend his expertise to capture your special day.

December Wedding in Cirencester
Nigel was the videographer at our wedding in Cirencester in December 2025.
We were absolutely thrilled with the films we received! He's a talented chap with an excellent eye for detail. Not only did he capture all the main highlights of the day, but he also did well capturing the small things that made our day so special too. The films were in keeping with our own individual unique tone and "vibe" of the day too. It was very "us"!.
We received two brilliant highlight reels and a reel of our first dance, and we couldn't be happier. Nigel's communication throughout the process was brilliant too, offering to make any changes or revisions to the films as we went along.
Nigel's presence on the day was great too. Nigel is warm, friendly and professional, discreetly working with our photographer and venue staff behind the scenes.
All in all, we could not recommend Nigel more highly if you're thinking of considering him for your wedding videographer. Do not hesitate!
