Amazing Wedding Venue
We held our wedding at Wychwood Park and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful spaces and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, but what really made it so special for us was the team behind it.
Cydnie was fantastic in the lead-up, so organised, supportive, and always on hand to answer questions or calm any worries. She really helped take the stress out of planning and made sure every detail was just right. On the day itself, Phil was brilliant. He was calm, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly so that we could just enjoy the moment without worrying about a thing.
So many of our guests commented on how lovely the venue was and how seamless the day felt. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more.
Thank you to everyone at Wychwood Park, and especially to Cydnie and Phil, for helping to create a day we’ll treasure forever. -

Nothing was ever too much trouble. Eleasha was so helpful with everything, fast at answering emails and helping when needed.. and on the day, well, she made everything go smoothly and just perfect! Really isn't enough words to thank her enough! Or to explain how amazing Eleasha and the rest of the team really are!!
I've had so many compliments from guests of how amazing the staff are and how beautiful the venue is.. just thank you!!! -

From planning the wedding to the actual wedding day, Eleasha helped us with every step, nothing was too much trouble. Matt the speaker kept timings perfect and was v clear.
The day of our wedding was a lovely hot and sunny day with the picturesque Golf course in the background, made photos brilliant.
We used the hotel for the ceremony room and the Wychwood suite for the meal and evening, so that guests could mingle inside and outside.
The food for the wedding breakfast was hot and of a high quality.
We would highly recommend Wychwood Hotel for your special wedding day.
Thank you for our best day ever !

August wedding
The team at wychwood, were amazing, especially Eleasha. Thank you, for reassuring, encouraging and letting my vision come to reality.
The venue its self was perfect. The ceremony and room after were set up, exactly how we wanted it.
Adam made sure that day ran smoothly during the wedding breakfast and evening.
The food and drinks looked great and tasted it too. There were a couple of issues which were sorted afterwards.
The garden games were a big hit, as was the icecream van.
Myself and my husband, want to thankyou everyone at wychwood that made our day just perfect for us. -

Phenomenal
Wychwood Park saved my day as me previous venue cancelled with 3 months to go. Eleasha was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble...she helped with every fine detail and would respond to my emails so so quick! (Kept stressy bride at bay) i was welcomed the afternoon before the ceremony with my bridal party and came to see me the morning if thr wedding. She ensured EVERYTHING ran smoothly! The whole team were fantastic... the men at night time who saved my dress from red wine 🤦♀️🤣🍷

Married in May 2022! Wedding planning through the unpredictable 2021 covid times was difficult but our Wychwood Hotel Wedding Manager Planner Eleasha was most helpful, reassuring and upbeat everytime we met and corresponded. Queries were promptly addressed no matter how small. I was very happy at how well coordinated the hotel were with the other wedding suppliers (photographer, entertainment, decor, chef, florist, make-up, and cake) so as to reduce potential stressors.
On the day, Eleasha and Matty were reassuring and a professional presence throughout and it allowed it to go smoothly. They were such friendly people to have on my side. The guests also commented on the high quality of their hotel rooms and the indoor and outdoor premises, which also boasts a golf course. It is a really well kept venue. Also, offering quality photos!
The affordable package included well presented and tasty canapés, wedding breakfast and evening buffet foods which were also complimented by guests.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Wychwood Park venue for its beautiful premises, efficient communication, and the general support from beginning to the end. A huge thanks from Alex and Rachael! -

Best day ever!
Eleasha and Bernadette were amazing!
From helping us move our date twice to answering hundreds of questions they were always there!
The day went so smoothly and the way they decorated the room was amazing! Everyone commented about how lovely it looked.
The day truly was perfect!

We had the most amazing day at Wychwood Park for our wedding on the 28th December. Every member of staff worked so hard, nothing was too much trouble. They had so many staff down through COVID and you wouldn't have known, they way they worked.
