Woodhaven Space is a boutique wedding venue located in Woking, Surrey in the southeast of England. This venue specialises in eco-friendly micro-weddings and elopements for an intimate affair that reflects your style and personality. Their talented events team can create a one-of-a-kind celebration, bringing your romantic vision to life amidst a serene setting with only one exclusive event per day.
Facilities and Capacity
Woodhaven Space has a variety of indoor and outdoor options for your wedding ceremony and reception that are built and designed for healthy living. With a full capacity of upto 60, this venue is meant for more intimate celebrations. Inside, you'll find several interior spaces that can be configured to meet the needs of your event. The well-appointed rooms boast wood floors and large folding windows, which can be opened fully, bringing the outdoors in. The lush lawn serves as an additional gathering space with its well-lit and spacious patio that can be enjoyed any time of day. With space for a live band or a DJ, you and your nearest and dearest can dance the night away and toast to your new lives together. The premises also includes a swimming pool that is kept clean without the use of harmful chemicals, as well as a luxurious hot tub. These facilities are built using British and European building materials and other furnishings. Used as a family home, as well as for functions, it contains an air purification system for the maximum comfort of you and your guests.

Depending on the season, some of the produce may be grown onsite. Their dining options include seated and buffet-style service to best suit your event's style. They are also happy to allow private caterers, and the venue has an alcohol license. For evening entertainment, marquee hire is available and fireworks are permitted for an exceptional event. Superb place and food, and very caring host
Just Perfect
The space is versatile and accommodating of all ideas. Due to restrictions we had to have an outside set up and ended the evening with drinks around the fire pit which our guests loved.
We felt right at home and could not have asked for more. I only wish we could do it over and over again, it was the most special and absolutely amazing day.

Hi I’m Nicky - Founder and Event Director of Woodhaven!
As a trained Wellbeing Coach and experienced Event Director of 25 plus years, together now with my husband Jeremy - a Media professional with a vast knowledge of technical wizardry - I'm here to enhance your day! We have a trained, dedicated team to welcome you and your guests, as part of our family for the day, creating a relaxed friendly vibe.
We love to personalise all events, encouraging your guests to upload photos to Googledrive, which we then display as a slideshow on our screens along with your Spotify playlist and often family or friends make the cake or do the floristry?
We love to host intimate, boutique Wedding celebrations in our eco-venue. We create bespoke menus unique to you as a couple! From BBQs and grazing tables to fine dining - Indian banquets to Italian favourites. We have specialist Chefs on call.
We encourage our couples to embrace their choice of cuisine, from cultural preferences to family favourites!
Sustainability is at the heart of what we offer, with seasonal and local produce a speciality and we proudly cater to all allergies and food preferences with our personal experience!
What do we host - along with Weddings, we also host engagement parties and elopements, micro-weddings, healthy hen dos and Mehendi events - up to 60 guests along with yoga and wellbeing retreats, corporate team building events and celebrations of life alongside milestone anniversaries and baby showers!
My services curating an incredible bespoke day are included in the price of your venue hire as is furniture hire, event insurance and on site parking, yet we are just 5 minutes from Woking mainline station and 24 mins from London Waterloo with the beautiful Horsell common on our doorstep! Just 10 mins from the M25 or M3 or 20 mins from Guildford.
We offer exclusive use for one event per day, across the ground floor and garden, we include a dressing room for the bride and space for the groom too!
The subterranean zone is also available for the larger groups, we offer free onsite parking for up to 12 cars and as an eco venue we encourage lift sharing. Extra parking is just a 3 minute walk away.
We have had the privilege of hosting gorgeous celebrations with an array of professionals - Celebrants, Florists to Magicians, cake makers and beauticians, bands and DJs, make up artists, photographers and videographers too.
We are uniquely able to offer both fully catered and staffed events, however you are also welcome to BYO catering and/or drinks with us providing the bar service (if you'd like).
