What an insane wedding venue!!! No notes, for ease of reading for anyone interested I'll put my top 10 fave things that make Thief Hall unlike any other venue... So in no particular order....
1) Views of the Yorkshire Three Peaks as you get married. If you are a walker or Yorkshireman/woman/person it's a lush touch. 👌We got married outside with a "groundarch" so you could see them in the distance, the views were delicious.
2) The dedicated getting ready space is INSANE. We had 14 of us in there and there was still space for dancing. 💃 More space = less stress and I was able to set up a little space for each of my Bridesmaids with gifts etc.
3) Personal touches. We came back to the room after a late night to find TH had decorated our room, prezzies, cards, a sign, and a digital photo frame with some of our photos from the day. So classy. 🫶
4) The courtyard. Friday get together with all the family and bridal party on the Friday and for hungover sausage butties on the Sunday morning made it a WEEKEND not just a day🤙
5) Nothing was too much. We had ALOT of "extras", merch wall, interactive seating chart, cocktail bits, beer pong set ups, flower take downs, changing the chairs and the answer was always, yep, we can do that, no Rach it's not a problem. 🤣
6) Onsite camping/camper vans... weddings are expensive to attend so having some free accomodation for guests was great. 💛
7) Accommodation right next to the wedding space, but also, some separate.... Perfect for much older or much younger guests that need their sleep away from loud noises. 😴
8) NO CLOSING TIME. We were there at 3am still Silent Discoing..... Not many venues are open that late. So if you want an all night party.... TH is the one 🎆
9) Dogs are welcome, and boy did ours have a great time. The team were brilliant with her and couldn't have been more welcoming. Arriving to a personalised bag with, ball and treats was a super cute touch. She was EXHAUSTED from all the fun 🐕🦺
10) 4 night stay for Bride and Groom. Hot tub with the sunset the day after getting married, full of the warm fuzzies.
We had the most wonderful time, I would recommend Thief Hall to anyone. Even our other suppliers said how brilliant TH were and how good their communication was which offloaded a whole heap of stress from us.

It’s very hard to put into words how perfect our wedding day and weekend was at Thief Hall.
From our arrival in the stunning Bateman Byre Bridal Suite on Thursday we were just wowed by every little thing. The place is stunningly beautiful, they have thought of everything and there was so many personal little details that made my husband and I feel at home right from the start.
The accommodation onsite, stunning cottages and glamping pods are immaculate they have everything and more your guests need, the beds are sublimely comfortable and having all of your friends, family and bridal party onsite the night before is just an added bonus.
The team, now I have never experienced customer service like it! You basically get a team of extra friends who are in your corner from day one. Jessica and Philip the owners are the nicest people you will ever meet and Katy Lewis our coordinator is absolutely amazing, ever little detail, keeping us calm, organised and always with a smile on her face I don’t know what we would have done without her!
The team are so knowledgeable, they know whats best from suppliers, to seating plans, to decor they will tell you what you need and what you don’t and the value for money is absolutely unbelievable. You don’t just get a venue you get so much more!! The quality of the finishes in the cottages, the stunning views, the hot tubs, the friendship everything amazing.
Above everything else they just really got me and Chris from the moment we met, our humour, our likes and dislikes even our favourite drinks and that really showed during the day.
I could talk all day about how phenomenal this place is but I recommend you go and have a look for your self!! The moment you arrive the greeting you get and the views will have you sold.
Advice - go and get married at Thief Hall! 10/10!!

Stunning venue that we were fortunate enough to spend 4 days there! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond from the day we booked to the day we left after our wedding was all over. They took the stress out of the planning, dealing with our suppliers, kept us in the loop every step of the way, listened to our crazy ideas and let us do things how we wanted. All of our wedding guests have said Thief hall is so beautiful and the staff were amazing. If we could go back in time we would choose thief hall over and over again.Thief Hall's reply:

Would highly recommend Thief Hall as a venue!
The team really got to know us in the lead up to our wedding day and the personal touches on the day made it extra special.
No question or request was too much, communication was so easy and timely.
They really took the stress out of wedding planning and liaised with our vendors to make sure the day ran smoothly.
The accommodation was amazing and they thought of every extra detail to make the stay enjoyable for our guests.
The views are stunning and perfect for golden hour photos!
We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our special day and cannot thank the thief hall team enough x -

If you’re reading this, look no further. Thief hall is a beautiful venue in a beautiful location and the staff are second to none! They put on the most perfect wedding day for my wife and I. I seriously can’t explain enough how amazing they all are I have serious wedding blues after leaving there. They think of absolutely everything including and are so attentive to suppliers as well! To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. Everybody who attended wax lyrical about how good and how impressed they were with thief hall and the staff.
Book thief hall for your wedding- you won’t regret it, I promise x -

The most perfect venue!
Thief Hall is more than a wedding venue, it’s a family! They get to know every single couple and create the most perfect day through care, compassion and our love for what they do. Their attention to detail is like nothing I’ve ever known before - above and beyond doesn’t even do this team justice! They most definitely are a luxury wedding venue but also an absolute vibe!! You, your family and friends will not be disappoint. We had the most perfect day of our lives & wish we could do it all again already. I’d recommend to go and view it, you will fall in love with the place and people exactly like we did ❤️❤️❤️ -

A Dream Wedding At Thief Hall
If we could give Thief Hall more than five stars, we would do it in a heartbeat. From the moment we chose them to the moment we left as a married couple, the team exceeded our expectations in ways we never even imagined.
The communication throughout the planning process was seamless. No request was too big or too small; the staff met every one of our asks with genuine care, professional attention to detail, and a huge smile. They went above and beyond to ensure our day was exactly what we envisioned, allowing us to actually relax and feel like guests at our own wedding.
One of the absolute highlights was the accommodation. We booked out the entire site, and our guests haven't stopped talking about it! The variety—from the charming themed pods to the stunning cottages—created such a "buzz" among our friends and family. Having everyone stay on-site made the celebrations feel extended and even more intimate.
Thief Hall hasn’t just met the standard; they’ve set the bar incredibly high. They turned our wedding into a day we will cherish forever and an experience our guests will never forget. We would do it all over again every single weekend if we could!
