About

The Three Guineas is a Grade II listed public house originally built in 1867, located within Reading railway station. The venue itself comprises a quirky, laid-back underground cellar bar, formerly the ticket hall of Reading General Station.

Stripped back to expose original brick-built arches, the Firefly Cellar Bar is a stunning vaulted function space that makes a truly unique setting for your special day. A completely self-contained space with a relaxed lounge style seating area and private bar, and access to one of the best beer gardens in Reading town centre.

The Firefly Cellar Bar is fully licensed for legal wedding ceremonies and receptions, with a capacity for 10 to 140 guests. We can cater for seated meals, as well as more relaxed, informal standing events, with wedding packages for buffets and drinks.
