A Yorkshire-born businessman with a history of converting niche properties across the county decided to spend three years transforming and improving this Victorian landmark. His goal was to ensure that its unique features as Grade II listed building survive to bring pleasure to new generations. The resulting refurbished space is now used as a meeting place for business functions and special occasions.
