The venue itself was stunning — every corner was picture-perfect, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything looked. But what really set this place apart was Chloe and her team. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, handled every small hiccup behind the scenes, and made sure we got to just enjoy our day without any stress.
We also have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing vendors who helped bring our day to life. DJ Lee brought incredible energy to the dance floor and kept everyone dancing all night long. Natalie, our photographer, was an absolute dream to work with — she captured every special moment beautifully, from the quiet, emotional ones to the big joyful celebrations, giving us memories we’ll treasure forever.
Our wedding was flawless from start to finish, and we owe so much of that to Chloe and the incredible team at the Royal Berkshire Hotel, along with the wonderful vendors who made the day so special. If you’re looking for a venue that will take care of every detail and make your big day feel truly magical, look no further. We can’t recommend them highly enough!Royal Berkshire's reply:

India Sent on 14/07/2026Beautiful Venue for our Big Day
We absolutely fell in love with the venue on our first visit. We sat there thinking that we would never be able to afford this venue but it ended up being perfect for us. The grounds, wedding spaces and bedrooms were all beautiful and perfect for our wedding with just under 100 guests. Dominika helped us throughout her whole journey to make sure all aspects of our wedding were thought about and nothing was too much of a problem. Dominika and Chloe, were so quick to respond to all our questions on the lead up to our wedding which was so helpful and reassuring. Alex on reception and Debbie the General Manager made sure all our request were dealt so quickly and made all the guests feel very welcome. They did an amazing job of setting up the wedding breakfast with all the place settings we had done ourselves. Thank you for helping us to organise our big day.Royal Berkshire's reply:

I can not recommend the Royal Berkshire Hotel enough to anyone seeking the perfect wedding venue. From the stunning grounds, the lovely venue, the food and the fabulous wedding planning team, you can not make a better choice in my opinion. We were a very small ceremony, with only 17 of us, but we were made to feel just as special as if we had been a massive event! We had the ceremony in their walled garden which was perfect. It is quite difficult to find venues that will cater to less than 50, feel affordable, and offer the level of attention and planning that they do. On the day, everything ran so smoothly for us, right down to the secret bagpiper that had to be hidden from my husband before she appeared from the rose garden to pipe us over to the main building for our drinks reception. Thank you so much to Chloe, our wedding planner, who managed to ensure this little secret happened just the way I had hoped it would! Thank you all for such a wonderful day. It willl stay in our memory for years to come.
If you want a lovely venue with a great team of people behind you, then you can't go wrong with the Royal Berkshire Hotel.
