We truly cannot thank the team at the Royal Berkshire Hotel enough, and in particular Chloe, for the incredible organisation, care and attention that went into our wedding. From start to finish, everything was seamless and thoughtful. We genuinely could not have asked for anything better, and our guests are still talking about it weeks later.
The food deserves a special mention. The canapés were an absolute highlight. So many guests commented on how generous the portions were, which is quite rare at events where canapés often barely make it around the room. Several people said they must have had ten to fifteen each. The winter greens were a real favourite, and the chicken has been talked about ever since. The quality, presentation and consistency were exceptional throughout.
The service, the wine and the overall experience were simply outstanding. What really stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. Chloe was phenomenal from day one. Calm, detail oriented, incredibly responsive and always one step ahead, she made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless. On the day itself, everything ran perfectly and we felt genuinely looked after at every moment.
The room itself was breathtaking. The team didn’t just deliver on our vision, they elevated it in a way we hadn’t even imagined. From the setup to the atmosphere, every detail came together beautifully.
A huge thank you as well to Lee, the bar team and all the staff, every single person contributed to making the day feel personal, smooth and truly special.

I can not recommend the Royal Berkshire Hotel enough to anyone seeking the perfect wedding venue. From the stunning grounds, the lovely venue, the food and the fabulous wedding planning team, you can not make a better choice in my opinion. We were a very small ceremony, with only 17 of us, but we were made to feel just as special as if we had been a massive event! We had the ceremony in their walled garden which was perfect. It is quite difficult to find venues that will cater to less than 50, feel affordable, and offer the level of attention and planning that they do. On the day, everything ran so smoothly for us, right down to the secret bagpiper that had to be hidden from my husband before she appeared from the rose garden to pipe us over to the main building for our drinks reception. Thank you so much to Chloe, our wedding planner, who managed to ensure this little secret happened just the way I had hoped it would! Thank you all for such a wonderful day. It willl stay in our memory for years to come.
If you want a lovely venue with a great team of people behind you, then you can't go wrong with the Royal Berkshire Hotel.

Royal Berkshire Hotel was an incredible venue, matched by an equally incredible team. From start to finish, we felt fully supported and well informed throughout the planning process, with no question or request ever feeling like too much trouble. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. Dominika, Sam, and the entire RBH team truly delivered the day of our dreams - and exceeded every expectation. We had our wedding in August 2025, and the team at the Royal Berkshire were absolutely amazing. A special mention to Dominika, who we liaised with throughout the planning process , she was incredibly patient, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she had some great ideas along the way. We’d also like to mention Sam, who helped us on the day and was so helpful and supportive.
Even though we got married in August during peak wedding season, with other weddings happening around ours, you honestly wouldn’t have known. We truly felt like the only couple getting married that weekend, as the team were so attentive throughout.
The food was amazing too, which many of our guests commented on. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Royal Berkshire. Thank you all at the Royal Berkshire who made our day so special :)Royal Berkshire's reply:

We had a fantatic wedding in July 2025 at Royal Berkshire for approx 80 guests. The staff was very professional and the service was excellent.
We had great updates and assistance in the preparation of the wedding with the wedding planner from the venue.
We had great tips to make the big day a success.

The Royal Berkshire Hotel - and its beautiful manor house and grounds - was the perfect venue for our wedding… it struck the ideal balance between formality and fun. The setting and grounds are stunning, and Dominika and her team were exceptional – supportive throughout the planning and brilliant on the day itself. The food was impeccable, with countless compliments from guests about the beef. They were wonderfully flexible too: we had a horse-box serving ice cream and cocktails, mini-golf on the lawn, and most importantly, our dog was welcomed as ring-bearer. The evening BBQ was a standout finish. Couldn’t recommend the venue more – if you want your guests entertained in a beautiful setting, this is the place.
