Nonsuch Mansion is a wedding venue in Cheam, Surrey, England. This magnificent stately home is situated on the east side of Nonsuch Park, near the site where Henry VIII’s magnificent Nonsuch Palace once stood. The mansion was built by Sir Jeffry Wyatville, who is, today, principally remembered for his alterations to Windsor Castle. Work was begun on Nonsuch Mansion in 1802 and completed in 1806. The building was an early exemplar of the Tudor Gothic style. The northern front of the property was based on illustrations of Nonsuch Palace. A datestone from the demolished palace is visible by the mansion’s main entrance. Nonsuch Mansion is a Grade II* listed building of rare and exceptional beauty, such that none can compare. Facilities and Capacity

Nonsuch Mansion is set amidst 300 acres of picturesque parkland and gardens. The mansion is available for exclusive hire, and it is licensed for civil ceremonies. It has a maximum capacity of 120 seated guests or 200 standing guests. The Orchid Room is the mansion’s largest event space. It boasts a fine array of distinctive, eye-catching features, including medieval-style motifs, stained glass, golden chandeliers, long panel mirrors, and an impressive fireplace. Large bay windows look out onto the lawn and fill the room with rich, natural light. Tall white shutter doors can be closed to divide the room into two separate event spaces. The adjoining North and South Porches can be used as breakout reception areas. The Dressing Room is located on the first floor; the mansion’s second floor features a stunning apartment, complete with 11 boutique bedrooms for overnight accommodation.
