From the moment we decided this was our venue the staff on the events team could not be more accommodating keeping in regular contact to sort everything out, we had several meetings with our wedding planner Teighan who was brilliant from start to finish accommodating all the things we wanted at our wedding reception, and ironing out any issues we had, I stayed at the venue the night before the wedding and I had a meeting with a lady called Eileen who was going to be overseeing our day she was so helpful that evening informing me of things that were going to be happening on the day stating all you need to do is relax we will do everything to which she did not disappoint, all the staff that day were very helpful and courteous to myself and my husband but Eileen was just simply superb even to the point of working through the night to get our function room ready for the next day as there was a function there the night before the holiday could not do enough for us amazing.

I recently got married at the Best Western Rockingham Forest Hotel and have to say that the whole process from the early days of planning through to the big day itself was brilliant. The staff at the hotel, particularly Kayleigh and Liz were so helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble. They were on hand to answer all my questions and put me at my ease and I had total confidence in all the arrangements. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. I got married in The Rockingham Suite and I really liked the hall before the refurb but I absolutely love the hall now. It is so airy and full of light that I felt I was in a different room entirely! Everything about the whole day was brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. Would do it all again tomorrow!
