Our experience at the Bedford Swan Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Amie, our wedding co-ordinator, was absolutely fantastic—from our initial viewing of the venue right through to the big day. She was always helpful, responsive via phone and email, and consistently polite and attentive. On the wedding day, Stuart and his team were incredibly well-organized, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed a spa session the day before the wedding, and the facilities were excellent—a perfect way to relax ahead of the celebration. Our room was stunning, with a very comfortable bed, adding to the overall luxury of the experience. The entire process was stress-free, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our special day. Highly recommended

We had a lovely day on our wedding at Woodland Manor. Throughout the whole process of planning the wedding the staff were great at communicating with us and would always answer any questions we had throughout our wedding journey. The staff are always so friendly and everyone at our wedding complimented how lovely the food was. The venue is stunning and our guests love the variety of drinks Woodland manor had to offer. The bridal suite was beautiful and spacious and it was so lovely being able to get ready in there with my bridesmaids. There were just a few minor issues that we had during our day. The first was issues with music during our ceremony. Walking down the aisle the music was very quiet at first and hard to hear and then our exit song down the aisle couldn’t really be heard till after we had walked down the aisle. The other was that we felt a bit rushed to do cake cutting and our first dance in the evening but we understand that the staff did not have much time to change the room around after the meal. Another small thing was that when I was getting ready the morning of the wedding I was told that they thought my ceremony was at 12pm (the ceremony was at 3pm), which I felt this was something they should have known as they had gone through our schedule with us in our final meeting of the wedding. While these things were only minor, we felt they still impacted our experience slightly.
