We honestly don’t think we could have chosen a more perfect place to get married than Hintlesham Hall. From the very first time we visited, there was just something about the Hall that made us feel like it was the one. Looking back now, after having the most incredible wedding day, we know we made the right choice. A very special thank you has to go to Zoe, our event planner. Over the months of planning, we built such a lovely relationship with her, and she became such a special part of our wedding journey. She was always there to answer our questions, calm our worries and help us through every little detail. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt listened to and genuinely cared for. It was so reassuring having someone we trusted completely helping us bring our vision to life. We also have to mention Megan, who looked after us on the day. She was absolutely wonderful and helped everything run so smoothly. Knowing that we had such amazing people taking care of everything behind the scenes meant that we could completely switch off, take a breath and truly enjoy our wedding day with our family and friends. The wedding package was another huge reason why we loved Hintlesham Hall. Having the cake, DJ, venue decorations, postbox and flowers all included was fantastic value for money and took away so much of the stress that comes with planning a wedding. Instead of having to spend hours searching for different suppliers, arranging meetings and worrying about whether everything would come together, it was all taken care of for us. And we genuinely couldn’t have wished for better suppliers. Every single one was top notch. The communication was brilliant, everyone was so helpful and professional, and the results were beyond what we could have hoped for. Everything looked and felt absolutely beautiful, and it was such a relief knowing we were in such safe hands. Then came the wedding day itself… and it was honestly everything we had dreamed of and more. The bandstand was the most beautiful setting for our ceremony, and getting married outside surrounded by the beautiful grounds made the moment feel even more special. We then enjoyed our cocktail hour outdoors, which was such a lovely way to spend time with our family and friends straight after the ceremony. The whole atmosphere was relaxed, beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. The food was amazing and every little detail seemed to fall perfectly into place. We were able to spend the day surrounded by the people we love, laughing, crying, dancing and making memories, without having to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. Being able to stay at Hintlesham Hall over the wedding weekend made it even more enjoyable. It gave us the chance to really soak up the experience and made it feel like a whole celebration rather than just one day. We honestly wish we could go back and do it all over again. When you choose a wedding venue, you’re not just choosing a building — you’re choosing the people who are going to help you create one of the most important days of your life. And we feel incredibly lucky that we chose Hintlesham Hall. A huge thank you to Zoe, Megan and the whole Hintlesham Hall team for everything you did in the lead-up to our wedding and on the day itself. You made the whole process so easy and enjoyable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to celebrate our wedding with. We would absolutely recommend Hintlesham Hall to anyone looking for their wedding venue. ❤️ -

Our wedding was booked in under a week because of sad circumstances, the staff were incredible! Nothing was too much, they all went above and beyond in such a short space of time, our day was perfect. Will always be ever so grateful for what they done for us. -

Weddings of Dreams!
Absolutely perfect!! We had the most perfect day (so much so my husband wants to do it again!!) thank you so much to every single staff member - especially Zoe. Not sure if I was quite a bridezilla but I did have lots of questions and anxiety, wanting to ensure the day went as smoothly as possible and all guests were catered for; Zoe was a star. Put up will all of my query’s and resolved them so quickly. Thank you for making our day so perfect , and of course putting up with me 😂🩷 P.S that’s not even mentioning the delicious food or stunning location OR fabulous rooms!!! Love Steph and Ryan x -

Our dream wedding
We celebrated our wedding day at Hintlesham Hall and it was perfect. From booking the date in, Tracy was fantastic in helping us to co-ordinate the suppliers and plans for the day. We used the supplier package, which was a big help to us as they were all amazing. We had the exclusive use of Hintlesham Hall for the wedding day, which we loved. Our guests commented on the notice at the gates, that the Hall was closed and entry was exclusively for our wedding. Most of our guests stayed on the wedding night and the rooms were beautiful and our guests kept telling us how luxurious their rooms were, which was great to hear. All the staff were hardworking and couldn’t have done any more, they definitely go above and beyond! Our families and wedding party stayed the night before the wedding and Tracy organised our 10 rooms for 2 nights, so we didn’t need to worry about moving our bags. When we arrived, Zoe was already at the reception and offered to help bring all our stuff in from the car and took note of how we wanted the bits for the wedding day, which was followed perfectly on the day. We decided to have a dinner for our families the night before and Tracy co-ordinated one of the function rooms for us and we had a special evening. We also used the spa services and on the morning of the wedding, they arrived early, to do our make up, they were all lovely. The setting is spectacular, definitely a wow moment as you arrive. This continues with the fabulous gardens and grounds. We had our ceremony inside, another even bigger wow moment, it was beautiful. We would highly recommend Hintlesham Hall our wedding was perfect and we look forward to returning! -

Venue, staff, food and service superb.
From the moment we enquired, to the delivery of our event, we cannot fault the staff the venue the food or the service.
Our celebration was a family and friends get together to celebrate our wedding 25 years previously - every aspect meant we and our guests had a really happy time.
The food was as good for a large number of guests as the day we had the tasting menu for 2- exceptional quality ingredients and generous portions.
Every member of staff was friendly helpful and attentive.
The bedrooms were all wonderful and we were lucky enough to have the Braganza suite which was huge and very comfortable.
We were guided and aided by Zoe whose relaxed, kind, informative manner helped create the perfect day for us.
The cost v the experience of the event feels like very good value for money.
If you are considering this as a wedding / special event celebration you won’t be disappointed.

I’d thoroughly recommend Hintlesham Hall. Tracy are wedding planner was an absolute star, the food was out of this world and the atmosphere and venue was stunning!!!! -

Wedding 22/08/24
Me and my wife got married at hintelsham this August (2024) and there was absolutely nothing about that day I can fault, it was literally the best day of our lives and we have hintelsham to thank for that, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the hall was beautiful and a perfect setting for our big day, in particular though Tracy and Zoe were absolute stars and made everything as stress free as possible. 100% recommend this venue for weddings, I can't think of anywhere better! -
