Choosing Crow’s Hall for your wedding reception is like borrowing a close friend’s stately home.
The creation of a once in a lifetime wedding takes months! It is for this reason that we only ever host six to eight weddings every year. It is important to us that you don't feel rushed and that you experience a truly personal and unique service.
The magnificent 15/16th century barn at Crow's Hall, thought to be the longest in East Anglia, has been very subtly brought into the 21st century without spoiling any of its historic character. The barn can seat 180/200 guests leaving large spacing for stage, dance floor, bar, further seating and standing area without having to move any furniture during the reception. The vast space has also proved wonderfully versatile in poor weather conditions. The gardens, including formal garden with fountain and pool, knot garden, amphitheatre and lawn areas provide numerous beautiful settings for blessing ceremonies and there are endless areas for photographs from the gardens to the 400 year old oak avenue and open surrounding farmland.
Marquees, tipis and glamping sites can take four days or more just to put up and then there is the time for furnishing and decoration to your taste and choice. Here at Crow’s Hall, we have a dedicated team of suppliers we use to make your day a special one – from the caterers through to the suppliers of marquees and tipis. We offer a personalised service for your special event without you incurring any commission charges. The possibilities for a wedding at Crow’s Hall are endless and the freedom of choice unrivalled.

When we saw the venue & barn back in January we knew straight away that this is where we have to have our wedding - nothing else compared (we saw six other venues)!
Thank you Caroline for all your help and letting me practice on your wonderful Piano.

A Hidden Gem
This Venue is incredible! Don’t let the fact it only has a few reviews put you off from taking a tour, Caroline the venue host was an absolute treasure in helping us plan our big day! The venue itself is simply stunning, beautiful gardens, a gorgeous listed barn with huge space and a genuine rustic feel. The venue has plenty of space which can incorporate use of the main house and surrounding areas for outdoor games. We fell in love with the barn for our wedding of 120 guests, the courtyard outside provided the perfect space to separate our caterers without having to sacrifice any space. A huge advantage to this venue is included in the price is 1 weeks worth of stay something extremely rare we found as most venues only allow access a few days before and this helped enormously when decorating the venue and assisted when we had to take delivery of tables, chairs, lighting as we didn’t have to panic about everything arriving in one day! With the space Crows Hall offers our day flowed beautifully, we had our reception in the beautiful gardens with an orchestra which had a lovely formal setting to start then just over the bridge to the barn where we had our wedding breakfast. Our day was perfect and I wouldn’t have changed our venue for the world, it’s a real hidden treasure complete with moat! Which we got in and rowed around on our wedding day and swam in all week to add to the fun! Could not recommend this venue and host enough! Truly special place to have your wedding!

Crow's Hall's reply:
Dear Sammy and Sarah, thank you SO much for your lovely words. It was really wonderful to see you both again here for a return visit. We had such fun during your week here - a special time never to be forgotten. See you again soon with more lovely weather for swimming, boating and drinks on the jetty!! An unbeatable venue
We can't recommend Crow's Hall enough. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but most importantly you get the opportunity to organise a completely unique wedding - the owner Caroline will guide and advise you, but also give you the freedom to choose the style of wedding and providers that you want. Importantly, Caroline also doesn't accept many weddings during the year, so you don't have the feeling you're on a wedding factory line! Caroline is also absolutely lovely (as are the horses and dogs who also live at Crow's Hall) and we became firm friends throughout the whole process, and have kept in touch since the wedding.
