We dealt with Rosie ( wedding planner ) over 10 weeks to plan a package based wedding for 80 guests. Rosie was great- a fantastic communicator and sign posted us to DJs ( we used Paul at Party People who was amazing) florists ( we used Gunns - gorgeous flowers) etc -

We had a food and wine tasting day and the menu was tweaked to suit our guests! Food was incredible on the day as was the service.

The turnarounds inbetween the wedding meal and the evening dancing were quick and easy!

The venue is great for a wedding - the venue room is just perfect, pretty with its own little bar couches in the bar and break out rooma and ideal room furniture a disco! It is in a brilliant location right beside the beach .

Most of our guests stayed at the hotel and we were given a complimentary suite - the rooms are beautiful

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day at Harbour Hotel. From our wedding ceremony through to the wedding breakfast and evening reception, everything was absolutely flawless and ran like clockwork.
The whole day was truly beautiful, and Harbour Hotel played such a huge part in making it so special. The décor was stunning, the food was absolutely delicious, and the outstanding level of service from start to finish was exceptional.
The whole day was completely stress-free. We were able to relax, enjoy every moment and celebrate with our family and friends, knowing that everything was being taken care of perfectly behind the scenes.
Every single member of staff was amazing, friendly, attentive, professional and genuinely lovely. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their care and attention to detail really made a difference to our day.
We will always look back on our wedding at Harbour Hotel with the happiest of memories. It was everything we dreamed of and more, and we are so grateful to Rosie and the entire team for helping make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at Harbour Hotel Brighton. It was genuinely unforgettable from start to finish.

The Marnie Room was perfect for our small wedding reception, and having all three rooms as part of the space made such a difference. We have an 11-month-old baby, and some of our friends had babies with them too, so it was amazing to have enough room for feeding, rocking them, and letting everyone feel comfortable while still being part of the celebration.

There was plenty of space for us to do speeches, run a quiz, cut the cake, have our first dance and enjoy the evening without anything feeling rushed or cramped.

The buffet was lovely and went down really well with our guests. The staff were warm, helpful and professional throughout, and they were fantastic in helping organise everything and making sure the day ran smoothly.

Even though the weather was awful — typical Brighton! — it didn’t spoil the day at all. The whole reception still felt relaxed, special and full of joy. So many of our friends said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, which says everything.

We wanted a simple, personal reception for our immediately family after our wedding ceremony in Brighton. We got married on New Year’s Eve and truly had the most amazing day and night. The staff were incredible, I didn’t have to lift a finger on the day. I gave them the decor we had and trusted them to use their expertise to pull it all together and they delivered! Lili was in charge on the day and was amazing, lots of guests commented on how brilliant all the wait and bar staff were. Rosie was so helpful through the whole planning process and would reply to any email I sent quickly and thoroughly. Value for money wise, I think we got an amazing deal especially considering it was New Year’s Eve! The food was amazing for both the adults and the kids! Some of the adults even polished off the kids meals as they were that good!

We had a great wedding at the Harbour Hotel! It was easy to communicate with Rosie, and we had a great offer from them which made it affordable for us. There were maybe a few misunderstandings along the way, and we kept changing our minds, but it was all sorted out very professionally. Natasha was also brilliant at organising the day, and understood exactly what we wanted, and also came up with ideas I would not have thought myself. The service was top-notch! The only thing was that the food was slightly different from the tasting we had, and we weren't expecting that. A different chef that day perhaps. Otherwise everything ran smoothly, and our signature cocktails were delicious! The space itself was perfect for us, with the wooden floor big enough for proper dancing, unlike most other venues which had carpeted floors and no proper dance floor.

Right from the start when we viewed the venue, we thought it was perfect for our evening wedding reception. The room is so well laid out, and the flexibility to make it our own was amazing. Rosie was incredible throughout - she was so efficient at getting back to us on our questions, nothing was ever too much! The team on the day were fab as well, they were always on hand whilst setting up and the service through the night was amazing. Would 100% recommend!!

We recently held our wedding reception at the HH Brighton, I can not praise Rosie and her team more. The staff were extremely professional and supportive throughout. Natasha and Lilly were excellent setting up the main dining room and the service through the day was fantastic. The canapés and hot buffet was amazing and all our guests enjoyed the food. We could highly recommend choosing the Harbour Hotel for an amazing wedding experience.

The venue was brilliant value for money - throughout the planning process Rosie was consistent on quick responses, flexible and generous with requests - as well as just a pleasure to deal with. Our guests raved about the fantastic food and staff.

The highlight of my experience was the team! Natasha made me feel calm, listened to and she felt like a lifelong friend. A special mention to Lily also, who was an absolute dream throughout the day.

Outstanding service, outstanding team, outstanding venue and overall made our wedding outstanding! Rosie and the team were amazing to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. They were so attentive and supportive through the whole process, as were organizing our wedding from overseas and it was the best day! I want to do it all over again. Thanks team!

Our day was just how we imagined and better. The whole team were brilliant on the day and thanks to them all Rosie, Natasha, Nat, Bill and in particular Lilly who was fantastic on the day! Everyone has mentioned how good the food was and it all went to plan thanks to the well organised team onhand.

The wedding was amazing and this is a lot to do with the venue and how much the staff was caring. Thank you so much for making it possible, the room we stayed was fantastic, Natasha kept me updated with the decoration in the venue, sending me pictures, the wedding itself went super smoothly with timings, the food was great, and the staff on the day was absolutely lovely!! Rosie has been amazing from the beginning until the end, making sure everything was perfect. I would recommend the venue to anyone!

We loved our wedding at the harbour. The guys organising it were fab they listened to what we wanted and delivered the goods. Would definitely recommend
