Are Barn Weddings Cheaper?

Does A Barn Venue Have To Be Licensed For A Wedding?

If you want to host your ceremony at a barn, the venues would require a ceremony licence. Most venues do hold civil ceremony licences these days, but don’t worry if your chosen venue doesn't. The Old Down team made our wedding experience perfect from start to finish. Charlotte and her team were so super helpful and supportive giving us all the clarity we needed on the day and in the run upto to it. The food was fantastic and all the wonderful little details Old Down put in really helped make our day all we dreamed it would be! Would highly recommend Old Down to any couple looking for a bright, magical and personal venue!
