Apton was the 3rd venue we visited when deciding where to hold our vow renewal and we just knew the moment we were walking back to the car that this was going to be our venue. The service the team provide is exceptional and we never once stressed out about anything to do with the venue or the team that would be looking after us there. Everything was explained to us in finite detail, we were encouraged to visit more (by appointment) if we needed to and always received invites to the open days/evenings, supplier events and wedding fayres and this helped us to find virtually everyone who helped bring our day together. The couples taster evening was phenomenal and really did help us decide on our menu choices for our guests. We opted for the sit down wedding breakfast as we had nothing like this at our original wedding but Apton offer so many food choices, there really is something to suit everyone. Apton as a venue really does work to have everything in one place for the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening entertainment as well as having the Dovecot bridal suite along with 7 onsite rooms for guests to stay and the standards are impeccable. We also hired the Meadow Cottage (airb&b) as you enter the approach to Apton for 3 family groups to stay in (this will no longer be available from 2024 I believe). There was a wedding at Apton the day before ours but when I arrived on our day you would never have known that as everything was spotless, our set up was in full swing and it was just all about our day.
The facilities are great, the food is amazing, the bar prices are reasonable and the team of people that work there are just fantastic, everyone we dealt with was so professional and it just shows what a fantastic set up Apton have. Throughout our planning process we mainly dealt with Lauren, which was fab as she was the constant for us during our 12 months of planning, always at the end of an email with support, answers and solutions, thinking of things we hadn’t thought of and would even respond to us on her days off! The rest of the team are just as great and it’s so nice to see a team of people working so well together and also good to constantly see the same people there every time we visited as this was important to us to not see a churn of different people because then you run the risk of the service and standards not being what they should. We definitely had nothing to worry about!
We’ve loved the last 12mths of planning, visiting Apton, meeting suppliers, catching up with the team there and bringing our dream day together and we’ll definitely miss it but we honestly cannot thank everyone there enough for what they did for us, everyone worked so hard to make our day what it was and always with a smile on their faces.

We had an amazing wedding day thanks to the professionalism shown by Apton Hall staff. The day went smoothly, the food was amazing and the service provided by all staff was brilliant.
The coachhouse rooms were clean and tidy, along with venue and facilities.
All of our guests commented on the venue, food and staff. -

We chose our venue as Apton Hall, having had an incredible reception there at our friends wedding! We had no hesitations, and booked the following Monday. We never looked back. The team are incredibly professional and sophisticated as well as human :)
We had the most incredible wedding in February 2024, only 11 months after the booked our date: the team were incredibly accommodating of our needs and made the entire process effortless to enjoy as a future Mr & Mrs to be from start to end. Thank you Lauren & the wider team for the memories, -

We got married at Apton hall 3 days before Christmas in 2023. It was everything we ever wanted and more. The venue is beautiful and staff and service is next to none. I would recommend this venue over and over again. 🥰Apton Hall's reply:

Our wedding day was nothing short of magical, thanks to the amazing venue and impeccable service from the team at Apton Hall. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to celebrate the best day of our lives.
The venue itself is picturesque, surrounded by farmland and adorned with cosy farmhouse/barn decor that added a touch of elegance to our special day. The natural beauty of the surroundings, combined with the carefully curated details, created a romantic atmosphere that surpassed our wildest dreams.
The staff at Apton Hall played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our day. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail were unparalleled. From the initial planning stages to the day of coordination, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel heard and supported. Every request was met with a smile, and their dedication to creating a seamless experience for us and our guests did not go unnoticed.
The food was amazing and a lasting impression on our guests. Each dish was full of flavour, fresh and filling.
The flexibility of the venue allowed us to tailor our wedding to reflect our personalities and preferences, ensuring a unique and personalised experience for us and our guests.
Our wedding day at Apton Hall was a dream come true. -

An Amazing Place, with incredible service and attention to detail
We had the most amazing day of our lives getting married at Apton hall, October 2023. The communication has been excellent, the organisation prior to the wedding day and on the day is unheard of and I think that (amongst a lot of other things) is what makes this venue stand out. The staff couldn't do anymore for us on the day of our wedding and we were so grateful because we have two small children and the staff took away the stress of last minute preparations before our guests started to arrive.
A special thank you to Lauren, who guided us through from our initial booking to our wedding day, we cant thank you enough for making things seamless for us.
We wish we could do it all again :)

Our perfect day ❤️
We recently had our wedding day at Apton, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Apton we’re really helpful from day one and we’re always there on email should we ever have any questions. The day ran smoothly from start to finish and even ahead of schedule at points. We were made to feel so special and the staff waited on us all day. We couldn’t be happier and a piece of our heart remains at Apton. Thank you so much for everything. A day to remember. -

We are SO pleased we booked Apton Hall for our wedding venue. From start to finish the customer service was excellent, everyone is so friendly and always there to answer your questions! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and was perfect for what we were looking for. They have loads of different suppliers they recommended which is also really helpful. Lauren and Hayley were always so kind and welcoming and we couldn’t fault the staff on our wedding day either. The food is delicious with so much choice to suit everyone! It’s not just your typical bulk cooked food, you can tell it’s expertly done.
The rooms are also gorgeous, so clean and all our guests that stayed remarked on how lovely they were.
Overall we cannot fault Apton Hall. All we wished is that we could stay their longer! We had a lovely day and will be recommending this venue to everyone.
