We are a family with a meadow, not a commercial venue. We have ponies in the meadow all year round and livestock over the winter months too.

To maintain the natural feel of the meadow we only ever have a maximum of 2 weddings a year in the summer, after it's been hayed and looking its best.

So - our meadow is basically a blank canvass - for you to do whatever you want with.

You're welcome to put up marquees, tents etc, to have BBQs, food & drinks vans/bars, a bonfire, music including live bands... we have mains water in the meadow, a 6.5 KVA power generator to hire and have a comprehensive list of reliable local suppliers for anything and everything you might need.

During your hire you and your family and friends can camp overnight in tents, motor-homes etc – and there are local accommodation providers in the supplier list.

The meadow has easy access from the road and we are 20 minutes from J9/10 M20 motorway and the same from Ashford International train station - which is 37 minutes from London on the HS1 high-speed train service.

There are lots of things to do locally for adults and children if you or those people camping want to go out and about... including boating, rare-breeds children’s farm, Camber Sands, beautiful Rye, historic castles etc...
