A Fellow of the Guild of professional Toastmasters he is a professional Toastmaster.

I will provide a professional service to guide you through your wedding day in a relaxed but highly professional manner. Not only will I, as your Toastmaster, make all of the necessary announcements during the day and ensure everything runs smoothly to time, I will also be available before your special day to help you prepare and plan the day down to the most minute detail so that on the day you can simply relax and enjoy, knowing that everything you have planned will be attended to. I can offer advice and help on every aspect, from your arrival through the wedding breakfast to seating plans and speeches and cutting the cake. On the day, I will greet your guests, make them feel welcome, direct them to where they should be and keep them informed about what is happening and when.

A professional Toastmaster is a necessity for your wedding day, regardless of the type of ceremony you will have. I’m happy to provide services for your wedding, whether English, Jewish, Asian, Same Sex or
Civil Ceremony.

Wonderful toastmaster

We had our wedding on 24/01/2026. David helped us with the planning weeks prior, and extremely proactive throughout the preparation for the event.

On the day, David was even more wonderful. We had a tremendously great day thanks to his helps and dealing with the venue manager. Our wedding went smoothly thanks in great part to David.

While we don't think that we would need his wedding service again, we would wholeheartedly recommend David as a toastmaster, granted that you would want to have a wedding without any problem.

Look no further

I cannot recommend David highly enough. From start to finish, he was engaging, calming and is definitely in control! You’ll need that on your day. He looks the part and everyone said how great he was. If you’re looking for a toastmaster, look no further, David is your guy!

Wonderful! Do not hesitate to book with David!

We met David at a wedding fair and he really has a lovely presence about him. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Due to our wedding being DIY and on a tight budget, we originally agreed to plan the wedding without a toastmaster, thinking it was a bit of an unnecessary luxury. How wrong were we! From the moment we booked with David, he started helping us plan timings and details, with lots of tips and reassurance along the way (kind of like a wedding planner!) Nothing was too much trouble. On the day, David greeted our guests, made all the announcements and ensured everyone was having a great time. He kept the day running smoothly and liaised with all the vendors. He made sure all our guests were well looked after for the whole day, with a special focus on my husband and I. Everyone commented on how warm, approachable and professional he was. No-one was expecting a toastmaster, but everyone agreed he was so valuable to our special day. If you're thinking about booking a toastmaster, you don't need to worry with David. He was wonderful.

Excellent Toastmaster, and lovely gentlemen!!

We had the pleasure of having David as our toastmaster for our wedding, and he exceeded every expectation. He kindly stepped in at short notice when our original plans fell through as we were let down by another toastmaster, and from the very beginning he put us completely at ease.

David struck the perfect balance of being relaxed and approachable, while still guiding the day exactly where it needed to go. He managed the flow seamlessly – from gathering people for photos, to introducing speeches, to acting as MC throughout the evening. He was funny, kind and a delight. His calm professionalism meant that everything ran smoothly, while his warmth and kindness made all our guests feel welcome.

So many people commented on how fantastic he was, and we honestly couldn’t imagine the day without him. David truly helped to make our wedding as special as it was, and we would recommend him without hesitation.

Special Day

We had the best day. It went seamless because David was there. Nothing was to much trouble for David. He did a wonderful speech for us which I had never heard before. He went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend David.

A wonderful addition to the day

David was always a professional gentleman who brought a special sparkle to the day. Knowing exactly what to say, how to manage the guests and help with the venue staff to ensure a very smooth running of the day.
I felt in very good hands and was able to relax, knowing he knew what to do and when.
His demeanour is gentle, approachable and experienced. He knew how to make you laugh when you needed to shake the nerves.
I was so lucky to have him included in my package and would definitely recommend his services for your wedding.

Amazing Dave

Like the title says, Dave was amazing. He not only helped us build our day out and work up our schedule of events, his execution was flawless.

We threw Dave a curveball early on when we asked him to also act as our pretend celebrant on the day and together we wrote a script for the ceremony which both humorous and wholesome in equal measure.

Dave carried out his toastmaster responsibilities excellently and kept us on track all day. He even told me off a couple times and reminded me that this is our day, and that my groomsman can take care of that! Something I asked him to do as I often micromanage things.

Our guests were coming up to us all day, asking who this amazing man was and how we found him, and if that isn’t enough for you to book Dave then I don’t know what is!

I thought this was a ceremonial role but it was so much more!

I have to say, initially my thoughts were that a Toastmasters role was simply “ceremonial” and to look good. However, the way David conducted himself around the entire room, watching timings with the catering staff and checking in on every table was fantastic. Whilst we were initially cautious of costs, I cant underestimate the value you added to our event!

We had the pleasure of David’s company at our Ladies Night, for Pharos Lodge No 6967.

David performed the role of toastmaster at our Ladies Night, and he executed these duties in a highly professional manner. David delivered the toast eloquently and clearly, having taken the time to add some personal touches gleaned from conversations prior to his delivery, which made the toast unique to each situation. David’s presence on the evening made a special occasion even more special, and added a special structure to the event that otherwise may not have been present. A special thank you David, and we would highly recommend his service to anybody that wanted to add that special touch to their special occasion and future events.

Ladies Festival July 2024

From the first contact with David, it was clear to me that he knew what was required to ensure a great night was had by all.

All communication before the night was answered in a positive and helpful way.

On the night David was very smartly dressed and helped organise the layout and timings. His behaviour was remarked upon by many guests as being very professional. The night was very successful and I would certainly recommend David.

The Man For The Job!

Incredible Toastmaster Experience

David was incredible from start to finish and made a huge impact on our day. David was great in weeks prior to our wedding, contacting us to put together a schedule of our day and linked in with us many times to check we were happy and to get our opinions on things and to get the day to run as smoothly as possible.

On the day David was amazing at greeting out guests, checking in with me and my husband at the start to explain to us things that were going to happen. Throughout the day David done all the announcements and checked in with us so we were aware what was going on, he gave us 5 minute reminders so we knew when things were about to happen and reminded me about comfort breaks which were needed.

I honestly do not think our day would have been as special without David, David was incredible with our guests in organising them, socialising with them, as David was so friendly and bubbly - we had many guests comment on how amazing he was!

If you are thinking about having a toastmaster for your wedding, you will not regret it - it made the whole day run smoothly as we did not need to think of anything and you will not regret choosing David, he was incredible!
