Jo was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding! We had a church wedding followed by a reception at home, and while I consider myself pretty organised the wedding would never have been as perfect as it was without her. Her knowledge, experience and dedication to our day was second to none and we fully trusted her to advocate for us in moments we weren’t there. It felt like having the most amazing and experienced bridesmaid!

Jo was an absolutely fantastic wedding coordinator and made our day run so smoothly from start to finish. She was organised, calm, and always one step ahead, which meant we could relax and truly enjoy every moment without worrying about the details.
Her communication throughout the planning process was excellent, and on the day she handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made everyone—from us to our families and suppliers—feel completely at ease.
We’re so grateful for everything Jo did to make our wedding so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding. Honestly, booking Pinky was the best decision that I could have made for our wedding, and for my sanity during those crazy last few weeks of planning!
On the day, multiple vendors (and the registrars) commented that I was the most calm and serene bride that they had worked with in a while. This was because I knew that - whatever curve balls the day threw at us - Jo would have it completely covered.
I booked Jo just 11 weeks before the big day, when we had practically zero plan for the venue decor, only a colour scheme and a couple of DIY touches! Her vision and experience helped build the beautiful and romantic reception that I had in mind.
She is highly responsive, professional and full of ideas. Her bright and sunny personality gave me the confidence to let go of the reins (as a seriously type A bride!) and enjoy the special day with my new wife.
A million thank yous would not be enough - so please go ahead and book Pinky with confidence - she is absolutely brilliant.

Where do I even begin with Pinky Jo
Simply put, she is an absolute superstar and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
From start to finish, she handled absolutely everything, allowing me to do something I never thought would be possible on my own wedding day… actually enjoy it! I genuinely felt like a guest at my own wedding rather than the bride worrying about timings, suppliers and whether everything was running smoothly.
Every little detail was taken care of so effortlessly, and behind the scenes she was working incredibly hard to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. If there were any problems, we certainly never knew about them because she dealt with everything without us having to worry for a single second.
Pinky Jo is organised, professional, calm and honestly worth her weight in gold. But more than that, she’s such a lovely person and someone you instantly trust to bring your vision to life.
Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, and a huge part of that is down to her. She allowed us to be fully present, soak up every moment and make memories that we’ll cherish forever.
If you’re wondering whether a wedding planner is worth it, the answer is a thousand times YES and if you can book Pinky Jo, do it immediately. Don’t walk… run! She is worth every single penny and I honestly couldn’t imagine our day without her.
