We hired Sofia the help coordinate our wedding day as we had a dry hire venue and a lot of different vendors attending also
getting married at a church and having the reception at a barn located 25 minutes away we wanted someone to be able to help with set up and coordination whilst we were getting married.
After my initial phone call with Sofia I knew I had found my coordinator- Sofia was so kind and helpful and it was like she was inside my head as before I asked a question she had answered it. I knew she really understood my vision for the day and would do a great job getting everything sorted leaving me stress free which is exactly what happened! Sofia and Betty attended on the wedding day and were straight into setting up and helping other suppliers and members of the wedding party to make sure everything was in place. They then arrived at the church to ensure set up was completed and everyone was in place
before my arrival and then once ready they organised the bridesmaids and my entrance into the church. They blended into the wedding and I didn't even notice they were there setting up or moving furniture.
They helped at the reception keep to timings as this was so important for us to make sure food etc was served on time and no one was
waiting hungry. They stayed until our first dance was done- right on time might I add!
They were so wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who is getting married! Thank you again! -

Sofia and Nadia were fantastic - cool and calm ahead of time about what we needed to do (and recognising what we had already done!). Sofia pulled together a really clear plan for the day and took all the stress off, working quietly and thoughtfully to ensure everything went as we had hoped. We spoke to lots of potential vendors, and super happy we went with Sofia and team -

From the moment we met Sofia (digitally) we knew she was the perfect person to coordinate our wedding. No question was too small or silly. Everything was handled professionally and beautifully.
