From initial recommendations of vendors, answering any questions we had, on the day, and even after the wedding when we've been trying to resolve some things.
Absolutely nothing we asked felt like a silly question or too much bother - and this is keeping in mind we only hired Ruth for on the day co-ordination services rather than planning services. Whether it was on the morning of the wedding going to get safety pins when there were issues with our dress, or during the day making sure we were doing ok and keeping hydrated!
