We worked with Poppy on our wedding this July and it's honestly hard to find words that explain how incredible she was from start to finish. Poppy is so warm, kind, patient, bubbly, and knowledgeable. From our very first call with her, it felt like speaking to a friend, putting any of our stress about wedding planning to ease. She is incredibly professional, has insane attention to detail, and you can tell she is so passionate about what she does. She also has a killer sense of style and helped suggest beautiful ideas or touches to make our day feel unique to us.
Her connections, excitement for, and know-how of the wedding industry were invaluably helpful as we had a marquee wedding at a venue that required us to bring all of our suppliers in. In the year leading up to our big day, Poppy helped us create a timeline for hiring suppliers and walked us through the planning steps - making something that could be quite stressful feel easy and fun. She helped research suppliers for us, provided multiple fabulous options, and was an incredible liaison between us and our suppliers.
When July rolled around we couldn't have been more ecstatic with the outcome of our day - everything looked incredible, and was SO organized. Neither of us felt anxious or nervous about the planning throughout the entire process, as we always knew Poppy would be on it. When it came to our wedding day, there were 40MPH gale winds that meant we had to change our entire ceremony and cocktail hour flow (and set-up) at the last minute. Poppy and her team were seamless in the changes and showed no sign of stress, which made us feel completely relaxed. Poppy and her team truly went above and beyond (with Poppy even holding our marquee shut while the wind kept the door flapping open!) Our guests and family couldn't stop raving about how wonderful she was and what an incredible job she did to make our day feel so special.
I could continue, but overall, Poppy is an absolute rockstar and helped make our day perfect. She truly just "gets it" and is your wedding's biggest cheerleader. Her positivity and kind-heartedness is unmatched, and we just loved working with her! If you're thinking about a wedding planner, we could not recommend Poppy enough. Lucky for us, in the end, she's not just a wedding planner, she is a friend, and we're so lucky to have met and worked with her! -

Poppy’s enthusiasm and clear display of experience and expertise was what got us hooked. It was a big decision for us to make, as it was not only a single wedding day we had to plan for, but a whole weekend at Euridge Manor!
Before we chose Poppy, we had not only looked at several planners but also had meetings with a few potential ones. But the decision to go with her quickly became the easiest one to make. From the very beginning, she was so nice, friendly, and always happy to help with absolutely anything. Throughout the entire process, she made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
What really impressed us was how precise she was with our requests, nothing was ever overlooked. She had such a clear and thoughtful way of formatting and organising everything, which made it so easy for us to talk through and make decisions without feeling overwhelmed. She was incredibly organised and her approach was efficient, supportive, and no question was ever too much trouble.
On top of that, her company felt so warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like we had someone on our side the whole way through. We genuinely could not have done it without her the last 18 months, and thanks to her, the planning was not just manageable, but thoroughly enjoyable. We would do it all over again! It was so fun!
We also want to give a special thanks to her wonderful team, who worked so hard and supported us throughout the wedding weekend, they helped make everything run so smoothly and allowed us to simply enjoy every moment. Our guests said it was the best wedding that they have ever been to. For those who are still deciding on a planner, look no further! Thank you so much for everything Poppy, you helped give us memories to cherish forever!

Amazing, Super, Outstanding, Excellent, Exceptional- just a few words that come to mind that describe Poppy. If you couldn't tell already, my wife and I highly (emphasis on highly) recommend Poppy with Poppy Sienna Events.
My wife and I are US based and decided on a destination wedding in the UK. The thought of planning an overseas wedding, with limited knowledge of navigating UK vendors, was daunting to say the least. We didn't know where to begin until we met Poppy. Poppy's vision, personality, organization, creativity, attention to detail radiated on that very first day we met. That very moment, my wife and I knew we found someone that could transform our dream into a magical reality.
Poppy always made herself available to answer questions, offer insight, and effectively navigate any challenges that came about. We always looked forward to our "check-in" calls because it felt as though Poppy was always one step ahead.
Our wedding day was absolutely flawless thanks to Poppy's precise execution. Honestly, the entire day was perfect. It went so smooth, without interruption, that my wife and I could enjoy our special day without any potential worry. Poppy seamlessly managed every detail of our wedding and we are still over the moon with how it turned out. Thank you so much Poppy for turning our dream into a magical reality. YOU ARE THE BEST!! -

When we first got engaged my fiancé said he didn’t think we needed a wedding planner, after our wedding he said it wouldn’t have been what it was without Poppy! With our busy jobs and a UK-US wedding to plan she was the support we needed to enjoy the wedding planning process. I am a relative newcomer to the UK and Poppy was really helpful in helping us understand how to navigate UK vendors and help with bridging our countries’ traditions to make a magical week! To this day we still say our favorite line of poppy’s was ‘leave it with me’ leading up to the wedding - she handled things with ease and on the day of we didn’t notice a hitch as she supported throughout! I highly recommend Poppy from Poppy Sienna Events as a day coordinator! She played an integral role in making sure our wedding day ran smoothly. Although we only worked physically together on the day itself, we had several meetings beforehand, during which we got to know each other well. It quickly became clear that Poppy is perfectly suited to her role—her passion for weddings and her romantic nature made every conversation a joy, and she shared in our excitement for the big day.
Poppy's organisational skills were a great help. As a bride, I really appreciated her detailed questionnaires and spreadsheets, which ensured no detail was overlooked. She worked with me to on the timings of the day, offering valuable input that put my mind at ease, making sure we thought of everything. In the lead-up to the wedding, Poppy confirmed all arrangements with our suppliers, which gave me confidence that everything was under control.
On the day itself, Poppy was brilliant. She was present from the start and became my go-to person for any questions or last-minute needs. Her coordination of all suppliers ran smoothly, and she even helped with little details, such as setting up name cards, so I could focus on getting ready and enjoying the moment.

Poppy and her team are fantastic. She is professional, extremely organised and has a great knowledge of the wedding industry. From our initial chat, we knew that she would be the perfect coordinator for our wedding day.
We used Poppy for ‘on-the-day coordination’ as we decided to organise the other elements of the wedding ourselves. Poppy is not just in contact for the month before the wedding, but from the moment you hire her she is always around for advice. She puts your mind at ease to make you feel as relaxed as possible going into the wedding.
We had the most incredible day. Couldn’t have done it without her. Highly recommend Poppy Siena Events.
