How far in advance should I contact you?
We usually open our books a year in advance so please feel free to contact us at any stage during your planning process. But we would usually suggest once you’ve booked a venue to get in touch!
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, we will happily travel anywhere in the UK for a wedding. We are also open to destination weddings so if you are getting married abroad please get in touch!
What is the charge for travelling?
We may require travel expenses if you are 50m outside of York. Usually just our fuel costs, but we may require a night before and after your wedding. This is all worked out on a case by case basis!

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
Capturin someone’s wedding day is a big responsibility we don’t take lightly. We believe communication is vital for us to do our job. We will always offer to meet up or video call for this reason!
What kind of equipment do you use?
We use two mirrorless cameras that we love, they are like our children and we love shooting with them. We also use a gimbal if you choose to book wedding videography!
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

How do you charge extra time?
Our all day packages provide true all day coverage for as long as you need! So we usually do not need to charge for extra time. If we did need to it would be £75 per extra hour
What are the forms of payment?
We take payment by bank transfer and PayPal
How do you work?
We aim to document the parts of your wedding most meaningful to you, not to our portfolio. To do this, our approach is simple, we look for true emotions and avoid awkward posing

Unforgettable Moments, Beautifully Captured
We couldn’t have asked for better photographers to capture our special day than Beanie and Josh!
From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. Their attention to detail and ability to capture both the big moments and the small, intimate ones truly brought our wedding memories to life. They made us feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera, which really shows in the photos.

Over the moon!
Beanie and Josh were 10/10.
From our first conversation with them, to the big day itself, to final photos and videos, they were both a joy to work with.
We are over the moon with our photos, they captured everything we wanted and more….
The wedding video is PERFECT, we’ve watched it more times than we can count and will treasure it forever. And there hasn’t been a dry eye in the room when we’ve shared it with friends and family.
Cannot recommend Beans on Toast more highly. Eternally grateful.

We booked the full 'Beans on Toast With Grated Cheese' package which included an Engagement shoot and both photography and videography on the day and we couldn't have asked for more. Not only are the pictures incredible and truly captured the day, but Beanie and Josh are just the nicest couple who made us feel so relaxed and at ease, it honestly felt like a double date or hanging out with friends and I never thought I'd enjoy a photoshoot as much as we did.
They captured some truly perfect candid moments with some small nudges at times to create some truly breathtaking images that we will treasure forever.
They work so harmoniously together and we are so glad we found them rather than needing to book our videography separately with someone else. We cannot recommend them more highly and if you are sitting on the fence about booking them, don't. You will have zero regrets and a lifetime of beautifully captured memories.
*EDIT* We have just got our wedding albums back from Beanie and Josh and we are BLOWN AWAY by them. We couldn't recommend the new coffee book more highly, it's so personal and special and a level up from the usual wedding albums and we can't way to share it with all our friends and family!

Just the best
Beanie and Josh are the most lovely people and their photos are knockout! They put us at ease immediately and we barely noticed them during most of our wedding. We've only gotten the sneak peaks back so far but they are absolutely gorgeous ❤️ I am so so happy we went with them

Lovely photographers, beautiful photography
