Hey! We’re Sarah and Chris - a husband-and-wife pair of wedding photographers based in York.

We specialise in candid, ‘fly-on-the-wall’ style wedding photography that tells your story. We aren’t your traditional photographers in that we keep staged portrait photos to a minimum – we let you live in the moment and capture your story and love throughout the day. The best photos are the ones where people are being natural!

With our relaxed, friendly nature and love for working together – and with couples! – we bring out the best in you with your smiles and laughs on your amazing day.

Outside of working the best job in the world, you’ll find us exploring York, going on hikes and travels, or just relaxing at our city centre home with our two rescue cats, Nyx (our very own Yorkshire lass) and Ziggy (he’s Greek!).

We’re so proud and lucky to be photographers. With over eighteen years of experience between us, it’s safe to say we’ve found our calling. Our photography journey has taken us across the country and abroad, and it’s given us so many memories to cherish – the best part being that moment we send the photos to the couple and they come back saying they love them.

We are now taking bookings for 2025 and beyond.

The Package

As we are a couple who focus on catching those unscripted, candid moments, we only offer one package so you can look back on your wedding day and cherish every memory. We will be with you from preparation right through to well into your party, a minimum of 12 hours’ of photography with two photographers! A preview will be delivered within a few days on a password protected online gallery, so you can start reliving your day straight away, with the full gallery provided within six weeks in print quality so you can download and print knowing the quality will be the best.

What’s included?

• Pre-Wedding Consultation, where we talk about what your wedding is going to be like and get to know each other! You’ll be given a form closer to the date with a few questions on it which will really help our planning.

• Two photographers from preparation right through until well into your party, we don’t just disappear after the first dance like many other photographers! You’ll have us for at least 12 hours - not that we’ll be keeping track of that!

• Preview gallery of at least ten photos a few days after your wedding, so you can look back on your day straight away.

• Full gallery of professionally edited and present photographs within six weeks, provided in a secure, password protected gallery, in print quality sizing so you can download and print with ease.
