Alan is an excellent wedding photographer and great person to have around on your wedding day. He and his assistant (Mumsie) brightened up the day and kept it flowing, while accomodating all our requests seamlessly. He is a great communicator and very reliable. The photos were amazing and we are so pleased we chose him.

Alan was a great and attentive photographer. He made us feel very comfortable and was supportive throughout the day. Alan was amazing from the minute we got in touch with him. He is always on hand to answer any questions and nothing was a bother.
He turned up with his mum (mumsy) and I was a nervous wreck. I am always the one behind the camera never in front of it! He made me feel at ease straight away. He told me to enjoy my morning and pretend he was not there. I did exactly that and he captured some amazing natural pictures of me and my bridal party as well as pics of my kids. He picked up on things I would never have thought of. My son had a bear that he never left behind and Alan managed to capture the bear with my wedding dress and shoes and i will always remember that picture and I never knew he had taken it until I got my pictures after the wedding and that picture means so much to me. Alan is amazing but mumsy needs recognition also. She helped get my kids ready in the morning. She had a bag of “tools” which came in handy. She had a hook in her tool bag which was a life saver on the morning when my bridesmaid was struggling to button up my dress. She was there to buckle my shoes so I didn’t crease my dress. They work so well together and we didn’t have to ask for any help they just do it. They felt like part of the wedding party by the end.
Alan got amazing shots of all my friends and family. He pushed me out my comfort zone and I’m glad he did because we get so many compliments on our wedding photos. I am so glad we chose Alan and I tell anyone I know to use him when they get married. The wedding album is also amazing quality and he helps you pick your pictures so your album tells a story.
I could honestly go on all day how amazing Alan is but book him and find out for yourself you will not regret it.

We got married in the height of covid, but communication was amazing before, while everything was unknown and on the lead up to the wedding, and Alan went about and beyond to help with all aspects. He wasn't pushy after sending a quote and from day one it was like chatting to an old friend rather than a supplier. My now husband didn't want photos, but on the day said it was one of his favourite parts. Alan and Mumsy are a great addition to your wedding day and make the photos an enjoyable experience for all with quick and efficient group shots etc.

On the lead up to the wedding and with changing covid rules Alan took it all in his stride and made the wedding day super easy, he was at a new-to-him venue but you wouldn't have known he'd never been before with the photo locations he found.

We loved having Alan and his mum as part of our big day! They kept everything totally relaxed and just went with the flow of the day. Able to get everyone where they needed to be for pictures and helping with any little detail.

We chose Alan after trailing the internet, our wedding venue and other suppliers recommendations and was the best decision we made.
After meeting with Alan at our venue our mind was already made up that we were going to have Alan as part of our wedding, he was so accommodating and the volume of samples he brought with him were absolutely brilliant not forgetting his website which he updates regularly.
In the lead up to the wedding we met with Alan a few time to talk over the day, plan and times etc, I say a few time because we were planned to get married pre covid!! Throughout that time Alan was brilliant with all the changes that had to be made and never once lost the passion for our day regardless of changes and to me that speaks volumes because I can’t imagine how tough those times must have been for him and his business.

On the day my wife and I couldn’t have asked for anything more in fact I would say we got a lot more than we could ever have imagined.
Alan and mumsy were there bang on time if not early, their attention to detail in capturing our photos was outstanding and some of the photos are absolutely breathtaking and natural.

Nothing was ever too much hassle throughout the day and Alan never rushed us to get things done and took it at our pace, he even done group pics of family and friends through the night after our first dance before leaving at about 9pm! What a shift🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Sample of photos of our day were sent out to us within a week, then OMG ever photo that he took on the day was sent to us over 700😊 with no pressure to order professional prints from Alan.
Then we had our meeting to discuss our album again with no pressure to add to our current cost and package which we agreed on! Hardest thing ever to select certain photos for our album as they were all brilliant but when we did and received our album we could not have been happier and the quality is amazing.
We have just had our 2nd baby and Alan has agreed to do our family photo shoot in the summer so can’t wait for that and to meet up with him again.

Sorry for the length of review! There is so much more I could write about our experience with Alan and mumsy, so if you a more thinking about what photographer to go with!! STOP and get Alan booked you won’t be disappointed, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Excellent, friendly, flexible service. We required two photographers to cover groom and bride and had specific requests. Nothing was a problem. Alan and mummsy were very much part of our day. Felt like family. Everyone at the wedding engaged with them and happy with their gentle humorous style. We have the best photos. Photos arrived within the time frame detailed. I have been to other wedding with Alan and he is just amazing and worth the money.

Alan provides a first class service from pre planning through to finished wedding album. He is an artist, the photos very fantastic and every suggestion Alan made was thoughtful and considered and provided the most beautiful record of our daughters wedding. We were absolutely delighted with Alan's services from start to finish, our wedding was postponed several times due to the pandemic and Alan was so accommodating/helpful during this stressful time!
Our wedding day went without any stress and everyone was super comfortable getting their pictures taken.
After the wedding we were constantly updated about timings of our photos, Alan even rushed a few of our photos with grandparents as they were recieving end of life care and we wanted them to be able to give them a gift with their photos as soon as we could.
