From beginning to end, Gail was a true professional and from the first time we met her, we knew straight away she was the one we wanted to photograph our wedding. She took such a personal interest in our day and was genuinely excited to hear about all our plans, using her honest experience to make sure we could get the most out of the day. No ask was too big and Gail was a dream whilst remaining very cost effective too!

On the day, she was absolutely perfect. Gail kept everything running like clockwork and captured some truly wonderful photos that we absolutely adore. In the best possible way, she got the best photos without us even realising she was there! Her candid shots of the guests were fabulous and we have loved showing all our family and friends so we can relive the day over and over again.

We got married on 14th June 2025, and I knew from the beginning that I wanted to book a great photographer to capture our special day. I booked a consultation with Gail at her lovely home — she made us feel so welcome, and I instantly knew she was the one for us! Within five minutes of leaving, the deposit was sent over and our date was secured… three years early haha!

Gail checked in with us a few months before the wedding to go through the package options, and she had a fantastic variety to choose from.

She also suggested coming to our venue with us beforehand so we could plan where we’d like our photos taken in preparation for the big day, which we thought was such a great idea. It meant that when the day arrived, everything ran smoothly and felt so well organised.

On our wedding day, the rain absolutely lashed down and didn’t stop — but Gail still had the biggest smile on her face and captured the most special photos for us. We’ve had so many people comment on how natural the photos are and how beautiful our wedding day looked.

Gail also captured my first looks with my grandparents, which I will treasure forever. Our photos were sent through so quickly afterwards, and my family even ordered multiple additional prints from her. Recently Gail sent us the article blog she kindly wrote about our wedding and attached our photos on her website which was a lovely touch as it brought back so many lovely memories from our wedding day.

Gail captured our day so perfectly, everything was so natural and so many precious moments were captured. Gail was amazing during the day our guests barely noticed her because she was able to capture so many candid moments. She noticed every little detail and knew how to work with the venue. Her experience really came in handy when our ceremony ran over and we had limited time.

Gail was a part of our Scottish wedding, which took part in the east end of the city at St Luke’s and the winged ox. She was very considerate , as she took us for an initial walk through of our location and surrounding areas, giving great suggestions to photo shoot moments of our big day. On the day we were unable to be outside but she didn’t let that stop her and we were able to use the indoor space for some great shots! She spent most of the night with us and the party, taking natural and candid pictures of speeches, dancing, food and other events. Gail was also able to rattle through many big family and friends pictures to capture every person who attended the wedding. Finally, due to the weather and the inability to go for the amazing photo shoot in Barrowlands on the day, Gail met up with us on another day through the week so we could capture some of the amazing scenery and iconic features of the Glasgow venue! We are very thankful to Gail for her time, and expertise. She captured so many amazing moments and pictures we are happy to frame!
