There is SO MUCH to plan when you’re getting married. The list is endless, from the venue to the outfits to the food and the cake. While I can’t do everything for you, I can help you tick ‘Hire amazing wedding photographer’ off your list.
Many wedding photographers conjure images of someone who’s in the way, bossy, and makes guests feel awkward. Worse still, you’ll pay handsomely to get the same classic, generic photo set everyone else has.
But that’s not my style…
I’m Jonathan, a wedding photographer with years of experience. I specialise in blending into the background to capture your key wedding moments from start to finish - even if that means staying late into the night to photograph you dancing your socks off. My aim is to put everyone at ease whilst being friendly and engaging. I’ve even had guests ask me what side of the family I’m from! Because when you’re relaxed, the real magic of your wedding can be captured. From the look on your partner's face when you say ‘I do’, to the moment of the first dance when you’re surrounded by those you love most. Nothing gives me more of a thrill than seeing people enjoy their big day and then reliving those magic moments when they get their postcard-perfect photos afterwards.
My goal is to give you exactly what you want… Not the standard shots any old photographer can produce. That’s why we’ll discuss exactly what shots you want beforehand, and I’ll help you organise any timings to ensure these shots are taken with minimal fuss. When I’m not capturing your ‘wishlist’ shots, I’ll be blending in with the guests. Capturing natural, relaxed photos of people enjoying themselves and explaining that I’m really not on the guest list.
Something for everyone
I offer 2 packages: Classic and Premium. With each package, there are no limits on photo quantity, no hidden charges, and no limit on how long I’m at your wedding (all day coverage really does mean all day). Each package includes professional editing, all the photos taken on the day (except for the blurry ones) and a personalised box with your images stored on a USB drive including an online gallery to share with friends and family (and they can download any images for free!).
The Premier package adds a professionally created leather cover 20-page A4 wedding photo album, saving you the time and hassle of making your own (and saving you £150).
I also offer a unique 'Movie Poster Image' add-on where you can create your own themed poster (think Star Wars or Marvel...) you can also add an engagement shoot, capturing a great set of images before the wedding to use on invites etc. (also a great way to get used to the camera if you're nervous).

Travel within 2 hours of Salisbury, Wiltshire, is included in all packages. Anything over this is charged at 45 pence per mile

We cannot recommend Jonathan highly enough! From the very first moment we met him, he was warm, engaging, and genuinely excited about capturing our day. His friendly personality immediately put us at ease and made the day go so much smoother from his knowledge at every stage. He knew what to do before we did half of the time!

Exceptional!
We are so pleased we chose Jonathan as our wedding photographer after meeting him at a friend's wedding a couple of years ago. His communication and support in advance was so reassuring and on the day itself he fits in so well it was like he was a guest! We had so many compliments from our guests about how lovely Jonathan was and how good he was on the day (not in the way of anything!) and the photos themselves speak for the quality of his work. We knew when we first started planning our wedding that Johnathan was the only man for the job. We first met Johnathan at a family member's Wedding and we both said that if we were to get married one day, we had to have him. Thank goodness he was available!!
Johnathan was just spectacular. He was more than our photographer at our wedding, he was the guide to the day, he helped with button holes, he captures so many beautiful moments, he was the voice of the day and wow he can dance! MC Hammer, can't touch this, will be a brilliant memory everytime I hear it from now onwards. Johnathan made the day so much better than it already was an I will be forever reminiscing looking at our beautiful photos with a glass of wine and Malteasers! The best!
We first met Jonathan at a friend’s wedding in 2024; after seeing how amazing his work was and how nice of a person he is, we knew we had to book him for our wedding this September. We instantly felt so comfortable with him and like he was a friend we’d known for years!
We had booked an engagement shoot last Autumn and had such a great afternoon with Jonathan. He allowed us to choose a location that was memorable and we were familiar with. He was so creative with the shots and helped with our confidence behind the camera. The photos are incredible and such a special memory.
On our wedding day, Jonathan arrived early to begin getting wedding prep shots. He made everyone feel relaxed and it was so lovely to have him there. He travelled to where my husband was getting ready to get photos of all the guys in their suits and even kindly gave my dad a lift! Throughout the rest of the day, Jonathan captured everything we had discussed (and more) and kept referring back to a list of the group/individual shots we’d asked for to ensure he got them all. He got so many photos of our guests that we can’t wait to share and was always happy and willing to take photos at any point when asked. Alongside doing such a brilliant job, he took the time to speak to our guests, get involved and have a laugh!
Jonathan was also really supportive of one of my bridesmaids, who has recently started up her own photography business. After reaching out, he offered tips and advice and on the wedding day, allowed her to shadow him.
Within 3 weeks, our photos were delivered on a USB stick in a gorgeous box with some chocolates and two small bottles of wine. It took us a few days to go through them all with the amount we received! Each and every photo was edited beautifully. It was so amazing to re-live the day again and we will treasure them forever.

The Perfect Wedding Photographer
Where to start?!
Perhaps with the photos themselves. Jonathan delivered us photos that we'll treasure for the rest of our lives. They are truly beautiful, expertly shot and extensive in number - comprehensively including everyone and everything we ever wanted. Posed or candid - Jonathan captured it all truly exceptionally.
Then to Jonathan's professionalism, responsiveness and diligence throughout the entirety of our journey together. We booked Jonathan for both our weddings, and from the get-go he went above and beyond for us - getting to know us and our venues (including coming to one of them with us!), and tailoring to our every needs.
And lastly (although I could go on and on!) - to all the things Jonathan brought to our weddings alongside the photos. He made so many of our guests laugh, smile and feel truly relaxed (which comes across so well in the photos!), he was charismatic, funny and friendly throughout, and he was highly organised and proactive in making sure everyone got the dream shots they wanted. I've lost count of how many of our guests told me how brilliant they thought he was.

Our Wedding day
When we first met Jonathan we already had a photographer, but were so impressed with his friendly and cheerful approach that we decided to use his services for our day.

Perfect photographer for our perfect day!
We were introduced to Jonathan through a mutual friend and we hit it off straight away. We booked him immediately and he was almost certainly one of the best things about our day. Not only are his photographs amazing (which is the most important thing, of course) but he’s funny, energetic, approachable, and willing to get stuck in and help with anything that you might need a hand with. He wasn’t just our photographer, he was a guest, and he went down a storm with everyone. On top of all this, he surprised us with our fully edited photographs in a beautiful branded package a full week earlier than we expected along with some wine and chocolates. What more could you want?! We recommend Jonathan 100%, you won’t be disappointed.

Your wedding NEEDS this photographer (Jonathan)!!
We cant recommend Jonathan/Ahuvi photography enough! We found Ahuvi photography at a friend’s wedding and absolutely knew we needed him for ours. Jonathan was so warm and friendly from the very first introduction call to the wedding day itself and until we received our photo package. Jonathan has such a talent for capturing precious moments naturally and managing to be so discreet when doing so. He brought a bubbly and enthusiastic energy to our wedding and all of our guests commented on this - we truly believe his energy added to the most amazing day. He was fantastic at crowd gathering for the group photos but also for suggesting/volunteering to gesture people through the venue at different times of the evening when, as the bride and groom, we lost all sense of time on the day and really needed this! The final photos are DREAM photos! We chose rustic edit to match our rustic barn venue. They arrived in a gorgeous package about 2 weeks after the wedding date and when looking at them we can really feel and relive the entire day again which is incredible. Thank you so much Jonathan for making our day perfect, Rouen and Jonny.

Perfect Choice!
Jonathan (Ahuvi Photography) was the best possible choice or our wedding. Throughout the planning process he was supportive and always quick to respond to any query. We both felt comfortable to be ourselves without judgement and free to embrace any crazy spark of creativity. On the day he made a large group of camera shy people feel completely comfortable which has led to photos far better than we could have dreamed. If you are considering booking Ahuvi Photography, I highly suggest you go for it.

Everything we wanted and more!
Jonathan was amazing from start to finish, the guests loved him and most importantly we LOVE our photos. I was always nervous about the photos as I generally am not keen on photos of myself and feel awkward, but Jonathan's personality immediately put us at ease and told us what poses to do etc to help. I don't think he stopped all day, he was always making sure he didn't miss an opportunity of a good photo and the guests all came away with some fab photos of them and their families too. He was so helpful on the day and super professional but friendly too. The photographer is always a tough decision as it's hard to know what really differentiates between all the one's that are available but I'm so happy we made the right choice. The choice of styles in the photography is a great benefit also.
