We hired Luxe Classic Photobooth for our event and I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. Rahul, who runs it, went above and beyond — when he arrived, the venue had left mud in the area where he had to set up (not ideal at all), and without a fuss, he swept it all up himself just to ensure everything looked perfect. That level of care and professionalism says it all.

Everyone at the event kept commenting on how amazing the photobooth was — from the sleek setup to the high-quality photos, it really added a special touch. The print quality was superb, far better than others I've seen, and the props were brilliant — thoughtfully themed and excellent quality, definitely not the usual cheap, tacky stuff you sometimes get.

While they aren’t the cheapest option out there, they’re also not the most expensive — and honestly, for the quality, it’s worth every penny

I recently had the pleasure of working with Luxe 360 Booths for an event, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment Luke and Rahul arrived, it was clear that they are true professionals. Luke stood out with his excellent communication skills, especially when it came to dealing with the venue. He spoke directly with the managers, sorted everything out efficiently, and ensured that everything was in place for a smooth experience. His attention to detail was remarkable, and I was impressed by how respectful he and Rahul were toward our Zimbabwean culture and prayers—this kind of sensitivity really made a difference.

The video quality was exceptional, and I can see why Luxe 360 Booths has over 200 glowing reviews. The clarity and quality of the videos were fantastic and even though 2 drunk guests hit the 360 with their legs Rahul and Luke didn't get angry or shout they just asked my guests if their okay first then checked the machine- Rahul had spares and swapped them over and said I won't get a bill as they use a steel arm. Rahul was incredibly knowledgeable about the technical side of the 360 booth. When some of my guests thought they hadn’t received their videos on their iPhones, Rahul quickly identified the issue: they were simply looking in the wrong folder. His quick thinking and expertise were so appreciated!

Luke was also outstanding in how he managed the queue. He was clear with instructions on how guests should act, and his positive energy made the whole process enjoyable. Everyone loved the Luxe 360 Booths setup. As soon as people saw the logo and team walk in, they immediately recognized them, which gave me peace of mind knowing I made the right choice in booking with such a reputable company. The fact that venues, managers, and even event-goers recognize Luxe 360 speaks volumes about their credibility, particularly in the Black community.

On a personal note, one of my cousins mentioned that a family member, Eddie, works for them too—something we didn’t even realize! It just added an extra layer of connection and trust. Overall, Luxe 360 Booths was top-notch, and I’d gladly book them again for any future events. They made the experience unforgettable, and I’m so grateful to them for being a part of our special day.

As the bride and groom, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Rahul! He was absolutely lovely from start to finish. So many of our guests commented on how friendly and professional he was and how he was with kids he positioned guests and kids and gave us so many poses and props! Rahul went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and he didn’t stop until the quality was exactly what we wanted.

The venue staff even mentioned they didn’t realize Luxe 360 booths were involved they thought it was another company and had given us less space initially. But once they realized it was Rahul, they offered him more space, calling it 'the big boys' of the industry which we didn't even know but the venue did.' Rahul handled the situation with ease and kept everything running smoothly even when queues went to the bar and he's on the own and the guestbook was big massive and high quality I've seen same ones online 30 quid so they don't go cheap on props or guestbook very impressed!

What really impressed us though was that he stayed an extra 45 minutes to ensure every single guest got their photos and he said that's the hospitality we give as you have to in this game - well said Mr Rahul , even when the DJ kept messing with the lights. It wasn’t his fault, but he was more than happy to stay late and he went and got another light so photo quality wasn't effected and make sure everything was perfect for us.

We just want to address the negative reviews we saw online—honestly, they’re completely off the mark. Whoever said anything about an 'Asian rude guy' definitely wasn’t talking about Rahul. He’s one of the most humble, friendly, and professional people we’ve met. Even when some props went missing during the event, Rahul handled it in the right way, keeping everything calm and ensuring we still had an amazing time.

We would 100% recommend this company and bloke and his busienss. So many of our guests were asking for flyers for him, and the venue staff confirmed how well-known Luxe booths are. Rahul truly went above and beyond—top bloke! Thank you Mr and Mrs creecg

I am beyond thrilled to share my experience working with Reeta and her incredible team at Luxe for my wedding. From the very beginning, I knew I was in expert hands. Reeta, not only an amazing designer but also a brilliant developer, single-handedly brought my dream wedding to life. She designed every single detail of the event — from the intricate website to the stunning graphics that were seamlessly incorporated into the entire theme. Choosing Luxe was an easy decision, especially knowing that Reeta, the office manager, had won the Asian Impact Champion award. They’re well-known in the Asian community for their premium service, and it was evident every step of the way. Tiff was brilliant and the team from The Luxe 360 Booths! The emails and flow of everything was great from day 1! Some of my guests were from Liverpool and felt a little out of place at first, but she had loads of fun football banter for liverpool and everton that instantly made them feel welcome. She also made sure that the staff member she was with who had a visible disability was supported and able to do his work confidently, which was lovely to see and he did a good job. The whole Luxe 360 Booths team kept everything running smoothly- constantly asking guests to use the machine, constantly asking the DJ and even asking me and my husband to use the photo booth for different poses and positioning us well and made sure the event went perfectly. I really appreciated the gift bag and the friendly conversations throughout the night. The photo quality was amazing too – super happy all round! 10/10.

I’ve never seen photo quality like this before – genuinely better than anything I’ve come across. Later, I found out why: Rahul’s camera alone is worth around £10,000, and the lights and setup from the venue (and even Hazel Gap said oh you booked them The Luxe 360 Booths and they knew them from instagram) are top-tier. Luxe 360 Booths aren’t just good – they’re the big boys in the game.

The service was second to none. Rahul arrived early, was incredibly patient, and treated every single guest with such kindness – even when they’d had a few too many drinks he had a laugh with them even when the girls smacked his cute bum! Nothing was too much trouble, and his professionalism shone through all night.

The LuxeClassic booth looked absolutely stunning and the workmanship was flawless beautiful wood and I was so happy. Honestly, they’re worth every penny – I would have happily paid double for the quality, service, and overall experience.

I can’t speak highly enough of Rahul and the incredible job he did for our event. Not only is he a phenomenally talented photographer—producing razor-sharp, high-quality photos and stunning prints on the photo booth —but his professionalism and composure under pressure were on another level.

During the event, an intoxicated guest got completely out of hand and became aggressive—threatening Rahul calling him racist words and accusing him of bumping into a lady in a really nasty and embarrassing scene- the lady told me he did nothing wrong and never bumped into her and didn't deserve the racist abuse. It was a situation no one should have to deal with, but Rahul handled it with unbelievable calm and diplomacy. He didn’t escalate it, didn’t lose his cool, and continued doing his job with total focus. Absolute credit to The Magic Garden team too—they had his back-Rahuls and said thats Luxe 360 booths their good people immediately and made it clear that that kind of behaviour wouldn’t be tolerated. The guest was swiftly removed, and order was restored without disrupting the event.

Despite all that, Rahul didn’t miss a beat. The images he captured were simply breathtaking—crisp, beautifully composed, and full of life. The prints were exceptional quality and genuinely made a massive difference in how our memories of the night have been preserved.

I hired the photo booth for a primary school leavers festival. From start to finish the arrangements went perfectly.

Rahul really connected with our guests — he and Adam even had a Jack Daniels and a pint with us after they were done as we insisted, met our family, and honestly became our friends. Rahul stayed 20 minutes after the event just to make sure every guest had a turn with the booth, even though he’d already done three events that day. That says everything.

Anyone leaving these guys bad feedback is just being negative — we had the best wedding ever thanks to this team. My only regret? Not booking them for longer!

We hired Luxe 360 for our event and honestly, they smashed it out the park.

The venue wasn't even ready when they arrived – no setup space, chaos everywhere – and these guys STILL managed to get it all sorted and running on time. We even had to move them three times throughout the day (sorry again!), and not once did they complain or lose the vibe. Proper professionals.

Once the booth was up, it was a total hit. EVERY guest was asking, "Who's doing the 360? That's Luxe 360, isn't it?" You could tell – the quality was levels above what you normally see. We gained 56,000 followers from the content they helped generate, no joke. The energy around it was unreal.

Even our photographer – who’s been around the block – came up to me and said, “You’ve hired the top boys here.” Speaks volumes.

The 360 videos were super crisp, great fun, and Rahul was on point the whole time – adjusting the speed, angles, whatever I needed, live on the spot. Nothing was too much.

Honestly, can’t recommend Luxe 360 enough. Amazing company, nailed the job even under pressure, and made our event look and feel elite.

Ben was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout the event. Even when there were queues, he stayed focused and kept things moving as efficiently as possible. He was friendly and professional, despite clearly working hard (and even sweating from all the running around!).

When guests had to wait for their prints, Ben took the time to explain that the printer was a 'HiTi' – one provided by his bosses factory they own shares in, not one he usually uses as they usually use the high end 'DNP' brand. On the photo bens boss typically builds himself, multiple prints can be done at once. Unfortunately, the current software only allows one print at a time, which led to some delays but he dealt with them and explained after this event the magic mirror is being discotinued as it didn't meet Luxe's high standard and will be sold off to other companies on the market. He also explained that some prints were rejected because they didn’t meet Luxe’s quality standards at the start and I thought it's good they actually check the print quality and he printed out blank white ones to ensure he had tested it's just that extra mile they go to that they aren't just putting a photobooth there like 99% of companies – something he handled with grace and clarity, making sure guests understood the situation even though some were African and didn't speak english.

One moment that had everyone laughing was when a child ran off with the battery for the light at 6.30pm when he was packing away, and Ben had to chase him down to get it back – all while still keeping things under control! He mentioned that the QR codes were taking too long as well to his standard and passed on that his boss Reeta advised guests to email if it becomes an issue or use SMS which was great.

Despite the hiccups which were all our fault as the silly venue forgot to tell him where to set up so he was waiting and a busy queue of wedding guests, Ben remained approachable, upbeat, and genuinely eager to help. His attitude and hard work really stood out. I can definitely see him going permanent he is very passionate – he clearly cares about the experience and does everything he can to make it a great one for everyone and his company and enjoys working there which reflects on his work- the photo quality was amazing.

I would book with them again and if your thinking about it, don't even think click book and do it - these guys processes, flow, designs the whole thing was on point and streamlined and the fact I was insured put me at ease.
