We've now used this company twice, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! The first time was for our wedding, and after such a fantastic experience, we booked them again for my 30th birthday. They are absolutely worth every penny.

From start to finish, they were extremely reliable, with excellent communication throughout the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable, and the service they provide is outstanding.

We hired the photo booth with the printer, and it was a huge hit with all of our guests. Everyone had so much fun, and it was great entertainment that got people of all ages involved.

What really stood out to us was the thoughtful gesture after our wedding. They printed our wedding photo booth pictures and presented them in a keepsake book for us, which was such a lovely surprise and something we'll always treasure.

All of the staff were friendly, professional, and couldn't do enough for us. I can't recommend this company highly enough, and we'll definitely be using them again for future celebrations!

My name is Calvin Taylor and two of these gentlemen- Rahul and Japhet attended my sisters wedding at Cockliffe House and they were both brillant, the venue gave them nothing but the run around with set up times due to the length of our wedding and the DJ also.
They are preferred supplier there anyway through another venue the same company owns and they sorted it out by going down there the day before the event with the staff, service you just cannot ask for - they went above and beyond. Rahul built a whole black sign that was sleek and well designed for my sister to direct people to the video guestbook and it was fantastic service. Nothing is too much trouble for rahul and reeta, numerous of our guests were elderly and had autism- Rahul was fantastic with them all patience, polite, smartly dressed. The only thing we ever saw him doing is checking the photo quality, checking the print quality, tidying up props- he was attentive and constantly ensuring we got the best experience. Honestly my hats off to them they made my sisters wedding.

Despite a little difficulty in contacting the venue to arrange locations for the gear, the team kept in touch with me throughout and were amazing taking the issues in their stride.
Our venue was cockliffe house, who once they take your money are rubbish after but The Luxe 360 Booths and Booth Station Ltd group are preferred supplier their and for the Kelham House chain too - so they sorted everything out, Reeta even visited before hand the venue for me which was so helpful and they really took the stress out of chasing or anything.

I had so many compliments about the photobooth from guests and a lot of positive feedback about Rahul and the other team member who were running the booths.

Highly recommend these guys if you're in need of a photobooth for your event, literally nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly capable and amazing end results, the photos and video messages are amazing quality.

I DJ at a lot of parties and events, so I’ve worked alongside plenty of photo booth companies over the years. I have to say, Rahul and his company were absolutely spot on.

From arriving and setting up to packing away at the end, Rahul was professional, friendly and just really easy to work alongside. No drama, no getting in anybody else’s way and no taking over the room. He knew exactly what he was doing.

The biggest compliment I can give him is that he actually interacted with the party. He wasn’t sat on his phone waiting for people to come over. He was constantly talking to guests, getting people involved, speaking to the bar, sorting props, checking print quality, checking lighting, sorting the prop boxes, checking the camera and lighting on the ring light of his booth and making sure everyone was enjoying it.

He also took the time to talk to me, say hello and ask me how I was which was nice.

The booth itself looked quality and the prints coming out of it were excellent. You can tell they’ve invested properly in their equipment rather than just turning up with the cheapest setup possible. Everything looked professional and ran smoothly all night.

Rahul also worked really well alongside me as the DJ. We weren’t competing for space or attention; he understood the room and we just worked around each other. That makes a massive difference at a busy party.

You can see why this company has such a good reputation locally. I’d have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to clients or working alongside Rahul again.

I don’t normally write reviews but I really wanted to say how impressed we were with Rahul at my son Stefan’s daughter’s birthday party.

He was so patient, especially with all the children wanting to have another go and changing hats and glasses every five minutes! Nothing seemed too much trouble for him and he was very good with everyone.

The quality of the photographs really surprised me. They were proper, clear photographs and Rahul took a lot of care over them. He kept checking and adjusting the camera so that you didn’t get bits of the roof in the pictures and everything looked right. You could tell he actually cared about what people were taking home rather than just pressing a button and leaving them to it.

I also thought the booth itself was very clever. It was lovely and slim so it didn’t take over the room, and the camera could tilt, which was particularly good for anyone in a wheelchair or who couldn’t easily bend or kneel down. I thought that was a really thoughtful touch.

There were so many props as well! I actually counted them because I couldn’t believe how much he had brought with him. There must have been nearly 25 different hats, around 40 pairs of glasses and about 15 different signs. Everything was laid out properly so people could see what was there rather than it all being thrown in a box.

The printing was another thing that impressed me. I couldn’t believe how quickly the photographs came out! You could choose the little photo strips or have a normal photograph layout, and Rahul made sure everybody who wanted a print got one. He certainly wasn’t tight with the prints, which was lovely, especially with families and children all wanting their own copy.

It was just very well organised from beginning to end. Good equipment, plenty of choice, beautiful quality photographs and, most importantly, a really patient and pleasant young man running it.

A really, really good company and something that added so much to our granddaughter’s birthday. We were all very impressed and I would happily recommend Rahul to anybody.

Rahul was honestly just lovely to work with from a venue point of view.

We’re not a massive pub and space can be quite tight, especially when we’ve got a party on, but he didn’t moan once like other companies.

He came in, worked out what space he had and just cracked on with it. Even with no back entrance and having to bring everything through the pub, nothing was ever an issue.

He set the whole booth up with the printer, backdrop, props, lighting and everything else, but was really considerate about the space he was taking up and made sure he wasn’t getting in the way of staff or guests.

He tided up after himself, hoovered with his own hoover and was very polite and smartly dressed.

What really stood out to us was how good he was with people. He wasn’t stood around on his phone at any point at ll— he was constantly engaging with the guests, getting people involved, checking the props, checking the lighting and making sure the quality of everything was right. All the guests were on it and absolutely loved it.

Our preferred venue DJ also knew Rahul and spoke really highly of him and the company, and they’ve clearly got a really good reputation around the area-The Luxe 360 Booths and the Booth Station group.

Top bloke, really professional and genuinely easy to work with friendly and kind- even helped the child in a wheel chair take a photo. We took a leaflet from him before he left because we do loads of birthdays and functions here, and The Junction will definitely be getting in touch with him again.

From a venue perspective, you couldn’t really ask for more. No fuss, no complaints, worked around us and our limited space and was brilliant with the customers. Would happily have him back anytime.

Absolutely amazing service from Rahul! From the moment he arrived, he just cracked on and got everything set up perfectly — the full booth, printer, cloth, all the equipment, everything. We had really limited space to work with, but he didn’t complain once. He made brilliant use of what we had and somehow made it all work seamlessly.

He honestly helped make my daughter’s birthday so special. He was fantastic with all the guests, really interactive, friendly and professional, and made sure everyone got involved and had a great time.

Even the DJ knew Rahul and spoke really highly of him, which says a lot about the reputation of the company. You can tell they’re well known for doing a great job, and after our experience I can completely understand why.

I cant praise Rahl enough, the lovely young man running the photo booth. He was absolutely brilliant with all of us but especially our autistic son. He took his time explaining how the booth worked, helped him write in the book and made it all fun for him without rushing him at all. He had so much patience and that meant the world to us as a family.

He even gave me some extra prints of my daughter Eve which was such a lovely thing to do and something I will treasure.

Rahl spoke to us throughout the night and kept asking if we was having a nice evening and making sure everybody was happy. You could tell he actually cared and wasnt just there doing a job. He was constantly checking the photos making sure everything was coming out properly too.

It was so lovely seeing a company that genuinely cares about neurodiverse people and makes everybody feel included. The photos came out really good and we had such a laugh doing them.

A Lovely Young Man, God Bless Him

I just wanted to say what a lovely young man was running the photo booth. He was ever so kind to me and helped me with my walking stick, my limo and my glasses, nothing was too much trouble for him bless him.

He told me he hasn’t got his grandma anymore and thats why he knows how important us grandmas are. Well that really touched me and nearly had me in tears. He was so caring and made sure I was alright all evening.

He kept bringing us all the funny props and had us laughing away, he really did make the photo booth such good fun. You dont always come across young people as kind and thoughtful as that these days. He is a credit to himself and I hope he knows how much his kindness meant to this old lady.

God bless you young man, your grandma would be very proud of you. ❤️

We honestly couldn’t recommend Booth Station / Look 360 Booth enough. The guy running the booth at our wedding was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

He arrived looking really smart and well presented, which was lovely for a wedding, and he was just such a nice guy. He was friendly, professional and absolutely brilliant with everyone, especially the kids. He let them have loads of photos, made sure everyone was centred properly and genuinely seemed to care about making sure people got great pictures.

One thing that really impressed us was the quality of the photos. Our venue had red lighting pretty much everywhere, and our photographer/videographer complained about the lighting throughout the night, so we were actually worried the photo booth pictures might suffer because of it. The photo booth guy didn't complain once. He just got on with it, had a proper flash setup and somehow produced absolutely brilliant photos regardless of the lighting. If anything, he put the photographer/videographer to shame!

We were slightly worried before booking that the photos might have that lower-quality "iPad photo booth" look, but they were nothing like that. The quality is genuinely almost studio quality and far exceeded what we expected. We paid £400 and, after seeing the results, it was absolutely worth every penny. These guys clearly know what they're doing.

The printing was incredibly quick too. Within about 10 seconds, both prints were ready, so guests weren't standing around waiting. He also made sure everyone was signing our guest book and everything was being done properly throughout the night.

We had an incredibly tight space for him to work with — probably only about a foot and a half in places — but again, not a single complaint. He just worked with what he had and got on with it.

The booth ended up being so popular that at one point we could actually see a queue building up for it. Even then, he never looked stressed or flustered. He just cracked on, kept everyone happy and kept everything moving. He also communicated really well with our DJ and fitted into the evening perfectly.

At the end of the night, he came over smiling and handed us our completed guest book. He genuinely helped make our wedding what it was, and we're so glad we booked the booth.

We honestly cannot recommend Booth Station highly enough. They were one of the absolute highlights of our wedding and made such a positive impression on us and our guests.

From the moment they arrived, everything was so professional. The venue already knew them well and even had a table reserved for them, which immediately gave us confidence. It was obvious they had a great relationship with the venue and worked brilliantly alongside our DJ to make sure everything ran perfectly.

The operator was absolutely fantastic. I think his name was Rahul (apologies if I've got that wrong), but he was such a genuinely lovely guy. He looked like he truly enjoyed what he was doing, couldn't do enough for anyone, and was amazing with all of our guests. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If someone wanted to retake a photo or came back a few minutes after the hire had technically finished, he was more than happy to help with a smile.

The quality of the photos genuinely blew us away. They were every bit as good as our professional photographer's, which we weren't expecting. The booth itself looked incredible, the print design was beautiful, and everything felt really premium.

The props were unbelievable too. They brought what looked like an entire flight case full of props with so much choice. There were all the wedding favourites like "Bride", "Groom", "Mr & Mrs", "Team Bride" and "Team Groom", alongside loads of funny props that everyone loved. They even had little booster blocks for children so they could be seen properly in the photos, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Throughout the evening, so many of our guests commented on how amazing the photo booth was and how friendly and professional the operator was. It genuinely became one of the talking points of the night.

One thing that really stood out to us was that nobody asked us for a review or put us under any pressure afterwards, unlike some of our other suppliers. We actually wanted to leave this review because they completely exceeded our expectations.

We honestly couldn't have been happier with Luxe 360 Booths. From the moment we booked, it was obvious this company was on a completely different level to anyone else we've used.

We've hired 360 booths from other companies before, and it was always just basic emails, very basic design choice via email and asking a million questions on the design via hundreds of emails and the odd phone call.

However NOT with The Luxe 360 Booths is miles ahead.

Their technology and customer journey are incredible.
We received personalised WhatsApp messages, personalised calls, live ETAs, GPS tracking of the van through BoothBook, and updates every step of the way. Everything was so organised, from the document centre to the booking system.

You can tell they've invested heavily in their systems, AI, equipment and customer experience but also they are thinking about the customer journey. They really are industry leaders.

A huge thank you to Rahul, who managed his team brilliantly.
They arrived exactly when expected, were incredibly professional and worked so hard throughout.

We actually underestimated the amount of space needed because we'd assumed all 360 booths were similar in size.

Clearly some companies must advertise much smaller machines than they actually have!

The Luxe large 360 booth genuinely required around a 12ft x 12ft space, but Rahul and the team didn't complain once.
They simply moved one or two things around, adapted to the space and got everything working perfectly.

The quality of the booth itself was outstanding.
The cameras, lighting, equipment and final videos were on another level compared to any 360 booth we've experienced before.
It genuinely looked premium high end and really high quality and our guests couldn't stop talking about it.

To top it all off, they even provided us with a complimentary Photo Booth for an hour while they trained another member of staff up and shadow'ed him. I later found out that's worth around £195 for the same time, which was an incredibly generous gesture. The quality of those DSLR photos was just as impressive as the 360 experience.

From the technology, communication and professionalism through to the quality of the equipment and the amazing team, everything exceeded our expectations.

If you're considering booking a 360 booth, don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Luxe 360 Booths are in a league of their own, and we'll definitely be using them again for another birthday party in October as we mentioned to Rahul.

We were in full panic mode before our wedding because we'd completely underestimated the space needed for the 360 booth in our marquee. Looking back, we should have been more upfront from the start, and we admitted we'd got it wrong.

Instead of making us feel worse or charging us extra, Rahul was incredibly kind, understanding and reassuring. He talked everything through with us and worked with his team to find a solution that meant we could still have the 360 experience we'd booked.

On the day, Japhet and Eddie were absolutely brilliant. They were professional, friendly and went above and beyond, even staying an extra 5–20 minutes to make sure everything ran perfectly and our guests got the best experience possible.

The quality of the 360 videos was outstanding, and it's easy to see why this company has such a fantastic reputation within the Nigerian, Black and Jamaican communities. The setup looked amazing, the videos were incredible, and the pricing was excellent value for what we received.

What really stood out was the customer service. Rahul genuinely cared about making our day special rather than looking for ways to charge us more. That level of service is rare these days.

Not only was this company reasonably priced for what you got, but the machine had the wow factor, it was on the latest version of windows (not like others we got quotes for) was slim and sleek. The vintage touch we wanted for our 1940s weekend. Rahul was lovely with guests and interactive and good at positioning people and guests and ensuring the backdrop looked great alongside tweaking the flash and dslr camera throughout the event and helping out at the bar and taking stuff in his van to our other site too. I would highly recommend this company- they know their stuff on photo and videos and bring you high end latest tech unlike other companies and they offer so much!

Well, this old grandma in a wheelchair wanted to say a huge thank you! I was running late getting over to the photo booth, and to be fair, the DJ did announce that it was closing. By the time I got there, other people were taking their time, so I thought I'd missed my chance.

Then along came Rahul. What a kind, patient young man. He helped me with all the props, made sure I was comfortable, and even helped me stand safely against a radiator for a quick photo. He never rushed me, always had a smile on his face, and worked so well with the DJ to make everything run smoothly all night.

God bless that brown angel. His kindness, respect, and cheerful nature made this old lady feel so special. People like Rahul are hard to find these days, and he is a real credit to the team.
