Do you require Barista or Bar?

My name is Tracey from The Ginger Coffee Co & Bar, I work alongside my partner, Karen.

Having been trading for over 4 years, we take huge pride in our business and products.


We serve fresh barista style coffee, the beans being sourced from a small roaster in Norfolk - Decaf available also.

Lovely Cadbury luxury hot chocolate, topped with cream and marshmallows.

English breakfast tea, as well as specialty tea’s such as Earl Grey, Lemon & Ginger, Green and Peppermint.

A wide range of cold drinks, freshly squeezed lemonade, smoothies, frappes & iced coffee.

Alternative milk options, such as oat, almond, soya & coconut.

Pastries, deluxe cookies & muffins can also be supplied.

Our barista’s are highly skilled, having been trained at the London School of coffee.

For each event, we will supply 2 x staff members.

We have traded a both large and small events, some up to 70,000. Worked for TV commercials and been hired for private gatherings.

For 2026, we have a lovely new Cream airstream-style coffee / bar trailer, named ‘Maude’.

She can be decorated and dressed up for Weddings, Birthdays or any special occasion, as she is neutral.

From Maude, we can serve fresh coffee & hot drinks, but she can also be transformed into a bar.
For indoor or corporate events, we have a pop-up smaller set up.

We hold a personal alcohol licence, so can cater for events in barns, gardens or any private space.

We offer a variety of alcoholic drinks, such as fizz, beer, cocktails .. and of course, espresso martini !
