MeSo Thirsty is a wedding bar service based in Newbury, Berkshire. This company started in 2018, but the dream began long before that. My late father always believed I could run my own business, and thanks to his support, I was able to take that leap and turn it into reality. He’s a big part of why MeSo Thirsty exists today.
After more than 30 years working in the drinks and hospitality industry, I wanted to create something that felt truly personal, not just another bar service, but an experience people would remember. When you book with MeSo Thirsty, it’s not just a team that turns up; I’m there too, making sure everything runs smoothly and bringing real passion and pride to every event.
One of the things I love most is our back bar. It’s a real talking point, with over 100 premium spirits that I’ve carefully selected myself through our e-commerce store. I take a lot of pride in choosing quality brands that people might not always come across.
We offer two bar styles depending on the feel you’re after: a rustic wooden bar for something more relaxed or a sleek black bar for a modern look.
We’re based in the area and regularly travel across Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, and beyond. No matter the event, my aim is always the same: to give you great drinks, great service, and a memorable experience.
