Gatehouse Trailer Bar is a multi-award-winning mobile bar service established in 2018 covering Barnstaple, Devon, as well as Cornwall, Somerset, Avon, and Dorset. Currently, we are a preferred recommended supplier at 8 venues.

Offering luxury bars and beautiful timber marquee bars for hire all with a bespoke menu of your choice (cocktails included). We are equally happy to serve behind any bar structure that may already be in situ at your chosen venue.
Our goal is to provide a bespoke service that is transparent, budget-friendly, and straightforward, so once you have us on board, you can rest assured everything bar-related will be taken care of to the best standard.
A full bar service can be provided completely ‘off the grid’ if needs be, as we have our own generator and water supply, available at no additional cost. There is no minimum spend policy for any of our bar services.
We hold a 5* hygiene rating.
We can offer welcome drinks & table wine, along with staff to serve. We have no issue should you wish to provide your own and could provide just the staff to serve you. Glasses for welcome and table drinks are available to hire.

Our bars are always decorated to complement your colours and flower choices. We do have some decor items to hire, such as 4ft LOVE letters, prosecco carts, and memory ladders.
Choose from a cash/card, tab bar or open bar, we can run however you wish. We can discuss your wishes and construct the perfect bar for you.
We supply everything needed to operate a fully functioning bespoke bar, including TEN (Temporary Event Notice), staff, ice, fruit, insurance, barware, and decor.
