We are a brother-and-sister duo on a mission to bring a dash of "rustic-chic" glamour to the Devon wedding scene. We’ve taken a vintage horsebox and traded the hay for high-end gin, gold-leaf branding, and a whole lot of heart.

Co-founder and the creative eye behind the bar. As Gary’s wife and Freddie’s sister, Janks keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes and on the front lines. She is passionate about crafting the perfect visual aesthetic for your big day, ensuring the trailer looks flawless and every garnish is picture-perfect.
Freddie (Janks' brother) handles operations and logistics, making sure the bar is fully prepped for an incredible 8-hour service. Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure, he loves engaging with guests and keeping the signature frozen cocktail machines flowing smoothly all night.
The management and logistics champion behind the scenes. As Janko’s husband, Gary keeps the engine running by managing the business admin, event organisation, and stock control. His meticulous organising ensures the bar is perfectly supplied and completely prepared for a flawless 8-hour service.
