Ordered me the wrong ring. Pictures of the ring i ordered look very different to what i was sent leaving a gap between my engagment ring and wedding ring. When i queried it they basically said it was my word against theirs and that the ring was the same and refused to take the ring back and wanted me to pay an extortionate amount to rectify the problem with the gap.
