However, once the mould had been sent back and full money paid, it took a while on response time, and took about 4 weeks longer than they said on their website (so close to 3 months from ordering to getting the ring).
That being said, once it did arrive (with a pair of earrings as an apology that it took so long), the quality is beautiful, and fits my engagement ring perfectly.
Just a stressful few weeks in-between where communication could have been much better, I had to do all the chasing. Thankfully, ended well and I now have a beautiful ring.

They even sent a mould pot to create a cast of my engagement ring, allowing me to visualize how everything would look on my finger. This thoughtful touch truly set them apart.
