Bespoke wedding florist in Berkshire, creating natural, garden-inspired wedding flowers across the South East.
At Polly’s Garden, I create bespoke wedding flowers for couples who want beautiful, natural florals but don’t necessarily know exactly what they need. My role is to guide you through the decisions, using my experience and knowledge of flowers, seasons and venues to create designs that feel completely right for you and your day.
My style is romantic, natural and quietly elegant, with plenty of texture, movement and the relaxed feel of an English garden. From bouquets and buttonholes to ceremony flowers, centrepieces and larger installations, every wedding is individually designed rather than chosen from set packages.
I work with one wedding per week, allowing me to give each couple the time, care and attention they deserve. From our initial consultation and bespoke mood board through to delivery, set-up and styling on the day, I’ll be there to make sure everything is carefully thought through and runs smoothly.
Services Offered
Your flowers should feel like part of your wedding, not an afterthought. I’ll take the time to understand your style, your venue and how you want the day to feel, then use my expertise to help you make the most of your floral investment.
I offer a relaxed initial consultation followed by a bespoke floral proposal and mood board. Where helpful, I’ll also visit your venue so we can consider the space, timings and where your flowers will have the greatest impact.
Wedding flowers can include:

I don’t work from fixed packages because every wedding is different. Instead, I create a considered floral design around you, your plans and your budget, helping you decide where your flowers will make the biggest difference.

100% recommend!!
Other than wanting sunflowers, we didn't give Sally much to work with! But she was incredible, she completely captured our personalities and the vibe we we wanted for the day. She was super helpful and flexible, making last minute additions/ suggestions, and was also such a lovely presence to have on the day. The bridal party got ready at a different location to the venue, but Sally waited at the venue for us to arrive to make sure we were all happy with the bouquets and helped to put on button holes etc.
We couldn't have been happier with the beautiful flowers Sally created for our special day, they were absolutely perfect and we can't recommend her highly enough! Thank you so much Sally!!

The execution of our colourful, summer wildflower idea was brilliant and we had lots of comments about how beautiful the flowers looked in the venue, with the dresses and even the next day. Also really loved the touch of sharing a little note with all of the flowers included in the bouquet.

I’m Sally Pearce, the founder of Polly's Garden, and my love of flowers began in the most natural way - spending time as a child in my grandparents’ (Polly & Norman) traditional English garden, surrounded by colour, scent and seasonal beauty. That early inspiration still shapes everything I do today.
My approach is both creative and considered; I am formally trained and highly organised, bringing structure and calm expertise to every wedding I work on. I take great pride in being part of such an important day, translating each couple’s vision into flowers that feel deeply personal, natural and full of atmosphere.
Above all, my focus is on creating a sense of quiet luxury through floral design, while allowing my couples to feel relaxed, present, and completely able to enjoy every moment of their celebration.
