The flowers on the day were gorgeous, smelt fabulous and there was something new to spot from every different angle . Couldn’t have been happier.

We picked North and Flower to create our wedding flowers after being recommended by a friend. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice; not only local, but seeing their stunning portfolio we knew we’d made the right choice.
Sarah was kind enough to give a tour of her beautiful gardens and it was clear then that she truly cared about her work. Our wedding flowers were absolutely STUNNING. I was excited to ask Sarah to do them for us from the minute we booked our big day. The flowers were absolutely perfect and exactly what I imagined they would be. She even made a little collar arrangement for our lovely cockerpoo, Henry. North and Flower was our wedding florist. Sarah had great communication throughout the planning process, and the flowers on the day were stunning! She captured our theme beautifully. I loved the bouquets (both mine and the bridesmaids), and the decorative flowers were beyond our expectations. The buttonholes also looked so colourful against the black suits, which really helped the colour theme to be seamless throughout. It also wonderful that the flowers are environmentally conscious. I would 100% choose North and Flower for weddings, Sarah was fabulous and asked lots of questions to find out what time of year we were getting, what flowers we wanted, the colour scheme and gave lots of suggestions to help us. From start to finish it was a very smooth process and the bouquets, button holes and cake display were beautiful 😍.

Sarah at North and Flower kindly stepped in a month before our wedding, taking on a mood board from another florist who could no longer do our wedding. Sarah was absolutely brilliant, swift with replies, reassuring and accommodating. The flowers on the day were absolutely beautiful. We got a sneak peak at the types of flowers when the buckets for our bud vases arrived the day before (Sarah kindly dropped these at our venue - Hilltop Country House) and we worked with the stunning flowers to the compliments of our families – I have never seen daffodils like them and the smell was delightful! All of the flowers were grown locally either by Sarah or as part of the local growing collective which meant there was a lower sustainability impact which really put us at ease.

Then when the bouquets and buttonholes arrived the next morning they exceeded all expectations with their wonderful whimsical wiggly nature! They were simply stunning. Each bridesmaid bouquet was beautiful, with dusty pink chiffon ribbon. I couldn’t stop looking at my bouquet as I was getting ready! I loved dancing with my bouquet as captured in our wedding pictures and video.

We used jam jars for our centrepiece bud vases so encouraged our guests to take them home with them and there were barters over who wanted which arrangement/type of flower as they were all gorgeous!

The bouquet and flowers received so many comments from our guests too – thank you so much Sarah!!

Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with to sort our wedding flowers. We recently got married at Shrigley Hall and didn't know a great deal about flowers when we started chatting! We had a call to decide initial designs which Sarah sent us. It was so useful to have some visual designs to work with which meant it wasn't so hard to figure out what kind of bouquet/decoration we wanted.

Sarah used local, in-season flowers which looked so beautiful. Since our bridesmaids were wearing a slate blue, we wondered if we could get any blue flowers into the flowers and Sarah managed to pull it off for us! Over the moon, the photos are lovely and I really loved how my bridal bouquet in particular complimented the button holes, flower bowl decorations and the bridesmaid bouquets.

Sarah is quite simply the best!

The bouquets and buttonholes she created for our wedding were absolutely stunning. When I first saw them, I couldn’t help but cry with joy—they were beyond beautiful. Sarah’s use of sustainable, in-season blooms made everything even more special, and I’m so grateful for how they’ve held up. From the moment I found North and Flower, I knew that Sarah was the perfect florist for us. Her designs are elegant and effortless, but it is clear that they have been created with real expertise and care. The flowers being grown by Sarah or by local flower farmers was another huge attraction - the beautiful British flowers looked natural and perfectly reflected the season for our Summer wedding. Sarah was wonderful to work with, she is thoughtful, her knowledge is incredible and, as a flower lover and grower myself, I loved chatting all things floral together. She encouraged us to share our vision, offered great ideas, and brought them to life on the day. My bridal bouquet was more stunning than I could ever have imagined - the combination of flowers and colour palette was a real work of art, and I am so thankful to Sarah for her efforts in finding the perfect roses and cosmos, my two favourite flowers. I highly recommend North & Flower as she is highly professional and her attention to detail is impeccable. In the build up to the wedding we collaborated on a Pinterest board so that she could understand my vision and she recreated it to perfection.

Sarah was a great florist for our wedding! Our wedding was in early March so I thought we wouldn’t have many options for flowers but Sarah was able to shock me and create a really stunning bouquet! She really listening to the vibe that I wanted and I loved the outcome. She was friendly, on time on the day and gave us a great service. Lots of tips too on how we could maximise our flowers whilst saving money. Would definitely recommend!
